“I ordered a tie which I thought was the right colour - it wasn’t! Sent an email which was responded to straight away, sent a material swatch and received an email with a picture showing the new tie next to the swatch. Excellent service, excellent quality. Roll on the wedding”
“I ordered a cravat from Ties R Us as a sample and it came stained. I contact them and within the hour Jonny responded and replaced it without an issue. When I made the bulk order and need one replaced by the next day the new arrived. The product and price is good and competitive but the service and support is exceptional! I really can't praise Jonny and Ties R Us enough. Not only did he replace the cravat's but helped me by narrowing down my search. I have no problems recommending Ties R Us and saying to speak to them directly if you need help. Thank you Ties R Us.”
“Lovely quality waistcoat and delivery was so quick, had to return one because it was too small, excellent returns service, very happy customer, would highly recommend 😊👌”
