“Very easy to order and prompt delivery. Unfortunately wanted a specific shade of pink so had to return the tie. You have to pay for returns but for the price of the tie I understand why. Again refund was simple and straight forward. Got email 2 days after I returned to say they’ve refunded. Haven’t checked my back though. I would order from them again with full confidence.”
