“Lot's of 'e' mails keeping me updated on my delivery was good. Well wrapped when arrived and prompt delivery.
Product, a cravat and tissue, was exactly the colour we wanted for a wedding and saved the problem of hiring them, which would have led to problems returning them on time.”
“very impressed with the company and their service .The ties we ordered were of a very good quality but unfortunately my daughters coral colour theme and mixed shades of bridesmaid dresses made it very hard to find matching ties ! We had to return our order and they made this very easy to do .Would definitely use again”
“I mistakenly ordered to the wrong address. I emailed and they immediately looked to find my order and amend the address even though it had dispatched. Tie and hankie were also of good quality.”
“I ordered a tie at Monday night using the free shipping option, expecting the tie to arrive on Friday. Thankfully, it was dispatched on Tuesday and arrives on Thursday, a day before the expected delivery date which made me extremely happy.”
