They immediately sent me a replacement one which has just arrived. I was delighted with the intensity of the colour of the ties and the fabric was smart and smooth. Unfortunately having just received the bridesmaid dresses I ordered, the colour of the ties does not go with them so the ties may have to be returned - such a shame. However, this is my error not TiesRus's!”
