“Colour matched exactly as I saw it on screen. Quick and free delivery meant I was buying confident that I could return easily (although didn’t need to). I just wish you did a matching bow tie for very young boys (2 years old) and sashes for flower girls to match”
“Great selection of ties and bow ties. Delivery was fast and efficient. I bought a few items as I was trying to find the perfect colour to match my wedding theme, and in doing so I had to return and exchange a couple of pieces - but the entire process was quick and easy. I was provided with email updates along the way to ensure I knew what was going on with my order, and returns/exchanges. Very good customer service.
I would definitely buy again from Ties R Us.”
“Sent wrong tie to start with but very apologetic and had the right tie out to me the next day and I didn't have to send the other one back great customer service and great quality very pleased.”
