"A very excellent shiboritate, fresh spring sake definitely describes the experience and fits well to the warming days. Green apple on the nose followed up by a somewhat dry acidic taste with a light effervescent mouthfeel. A bit of sweetness comes in but finishes overall very smooth and quite dry. Makes you want more. "

"Fresh and alive. Bit fruity, floral. and sweet but backed up with that alive sake taste with a very slight effervescence from the active yeast. A cool sake. Finishes clean dry and a bit acidic. Wife and I liked it a lot in our spring nama journey. "

"As nigori go this is relatively clear. It isn't especially dry nor is it particularly sweet but it is does have a pleasant tartness. Nigori is my favorite style of sake, but this has a smell reminiscent of a much higher proof spirit that masks any sweeter pear-like notes, and it is \"warming\" all the way down like a spirit too. I thought perhaps it was fortified or something but it is labelled as a junmai so I don't know. It may be to someone's liking but this one was definitely a miss for me."
