my first order broke during shipping so it took double the time because of that witch sucked but they did give me 10$ off if i ordered again witch was nice and the 2ed time i tried it came fine

I've enjoyed Tippsy sake and whiskey orders for years. They're in California and I'm in Virginia. The shipment takes five to six days which is understandable. The only problem is Fedex. I've had a driver who would come to the back of the open garage of my home that used to house 11 people with separate rooms for boys and girls rooming together. Often Fedex would come to the back, knock, and leave a note. I've even left a note at the front and back door telling I have trouble walking. I keep track online and make sure the door is open with screen door unlocked. Since alcohol requires ID and signature, I yell in the house to tell them I'm coming. Or I would sit outside for a while to be sure. Thank you for your help;fullness and delicious sake and whiskey. You have the brands I want which is why I always choose Tippsy. Thank you.,

Among the amazing characteristics of this site is the fact that live, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff people reply to requests for help -- and get things fixed and sorted quickly, without passing the buck up the food chain to a senior manager, or the director-general of customer happiness.

Tippsy has a wide variety of sakes. When the pandemic hit and it was hard to find sake, I found Tippsy with all my sakes and at great prices. Back in 2020, shipping was free to 6+ bottles. I understand prices have gone up but there is no more free shipping unless you pay annual shipping subscription.

Great sake and selections and immersive educational opportunities. I am truly enjoying the experience. Shipping costs are the only improvement I recommend.

Online purchase experience was great. Shipping was fast. However, I was surprised and a little disappointed that shipping doesn't include any dry ice or ice packs. For high end sake like the Iwa, they should really be shipped with some kind of temperature control mechanism to ensure the quality is preserved. I would definitely not consider shipping a bottle of Komyo or Zankyo with this method of shipping.

I received my order in 11 days; it's in good condition. I will be giving it a taste soon. I enjoy the wide selection of sake with information on the beverage. It would be cool if they had postcards from the brewery's location with tasting notes and food pairings that came with the purchase, I know the information is online, but it would be cool to have.

The products are excellent and so are the selections. The only issue I have is if the communication with the seller can be speeded up, as well as the shipping to Houston, TX is taking 3 weeks. Will buy it again in the future.

Previously purchased bottles were perfect. New flavor/mini samples were fine. A thick milky sake is so yummy. Thin light with a refreshing fruit is ok.

I like the website, but the packaging could improve - as could the interface to check delivery statuses, which were glitchy, and linked to external sites that were not easy to navigate.

Overall I rate Tippsy a very good rating because the sake tasted great and the delivery was received in a reasonable time. Despite my first package being damaged by UPS, the customer service at Tippsy was incredible. Customer service was quick and responsive to all my questions and concerns and got everything sorted out promptly. (Shout out to Tiffany for the great customer service I got) I would highly recommend Tippsy if you want high-quality and delicious sake.
