“I love the wide array of sake, that Tippsy carries, as well as, the tips to match different types of sake with food and ideal temperatures. I never realized sake could be as complex and varied as wine. They also have a great point rewards system!”

“Was alright package came when it was supposed to only thing that suck was they had to cancel part of my order because of stock issues but they can only do so much think this is a solid company. Only ordered once so take this with a grain of salt I haven’t dealt with them a lot.”

“So far this has been a very pleasing product. The sake is of good quality; better than the standard at many Japanese restaurants in this area. The virtual tasting videos are informative without being too long, and it is fun to compare sake from all over Japan. It is a little flavor of travel while we are stuck at home during the pandemic.”

“The service is great and I like that it has a lot of descriptions for each sake. It gives you more of that interest in trying different types of sake. I have to knock down one star for the packaging. It was for a gift for a friend. When he opened it. It seemed it was dipped in some kind of dust? or it just have been collected over time and it was never cleaned very well. Was a little embarrassed about that. Overall I will buy from them again. Just clean your bottles before shipping! =)”

“A good selection of premium sake. Whereas other sake online shops have spotty selections and low availability (often out of stock), Tippsy makes premium sake purchases easy and enjoyable!”

“From a UX/UI standpoint, the website looks great! There are a few tiny things I would change if I were running the website though. So one of the problems that I had when on the website is navigation. There were times where I tried to find a specific tab or certain information but I couldn't find it/I had a hard time finding it. For example, it took me a little bit to find the "Our Story" tab. I personally would move it along side "Sake Box", "Assorted sets", "Bottles", and "Explore" tabs because I personally expect to find the "About/Our Story" tab up there along with those other tabs. The same thing goes for the "Blog" tab. But these are my personally opinion and I think other than those things, the sake, the subscription service and especially, at least for me, the sake lessons are great!”
