“Order came in sooner than was estimated, packaging was perfect so nothing broke, made sure I had my tracking number and knew when it would come in since it needed a signature to receive. Order a plum wine sake, it was great description was on point.”

“While I am very happy, satisfied with my order, I am not happy with the lack of communication from Tippsy. After my order was placed my confirmation email said: "You will first receive a notification after order fulfillment. And later you will receive a tracking number in a separate email when your order is handed off to the carrier." This did not happen. When I emailed Tippsy one week later requesting a status update, I did not receive a response. The only way I knew I was getting my order was the UPS notification of delivery for the following day. Had it not been for the lousy NON-communication on Tippsy's part, I would have given 5 stars.”

“As a presenter at Japan Fair in Bellevue, WA, I was speaking with Sachiko Miyagi about her exhibit when she introduced me to Tippsy. What an opportunity she opened up for me. Because I do not dislike sake, she explained to me many tastes of sake and coupling with meals. I am now a huge fan. I enjoy easy and convenient online ordering. Shipping is efficient and quick. “As a first-timer on buying sake and learning about this website, I was a bit hesitant. When I ordered my first bottle of sake, it took quite a while to arrive (Mostly because they did say it may take a while to deliver because of the restrictions on alcohol for my state). Once it did, I was happy to see it arrived safe and secure. I will continue to try and buy more bottles with a variety of flavors to explore their flavors from time to time and keep looking out for nice discounts as well.”
