“Great place to get quality Sake at a decent price. Shipping should be always with UPS as FedEx is trash and always screws up the order in my area (Not Tippsys Fault but worth mentioning). Make sure your order is not being sent FedEx if you can avoid it. Giving 5 stars because the store and service is awesome, just wanted to mention the carrier issue so it gets corrected in the future.”

“After living in Japan for 9 years, finding Tippsy has been an absolute dream. The access to a such wide variety of unique new and beloved sake is really impressive. Shipping is smooth and extremely well packed, customer service are super responsive and helpful. Love all the extra information available on the website about breweries and sake in general. “I have ordered from Tippsy several times. They have a nice selection of sake from across Japan and just recently offered DassaiBlue out of HydePark NY - the reason for my latest purchase. The bottles arrived perfectly although I note that their carrier’s tracking system and timely updates have an opportunity to improve to meet the high bar established by others - UPS typically gives a three hour window of delivery.”
