“first time buyer, ordered Dassai and Heaven, 2 of my current favorite. For unknown reason, my order was misprocessed and received less bottles than my order. Contact Customer Support, Tiffany responded/replied right away and processed/shipped out the rest of my order. Superb customer service. Definitely will order from them again.”

“Loving Tippsy Sake! The first company I have found to offer affordable shipping for sake. It’s ridiculous how much other sites charge for someone who just wants to try a bottle or two at a time. I will definitely be a returning customer & I hope they can eventually offer more sake options!”
