"I'm a recent , on my 3rd order, customer. I am honestly happy with the layout and categories on the site. It's easy to search for type, flavour or region of sake. I love how you can even search by temperature, as we know how different an experience and flavour enjoyment varying sake are based on whether they're fridge cold or warmed up. Customer service which I needed once was fast and effective, and order processing and shipping is all done within only few days. I'm very happy for this to be my only sake source and educational tool. "
