“Online ordering was quick and easy. Purchase was delivered quicker than I expected. I have not been able to use my purchase yet, so I am unable to speak to the quality and workmanship at this time, but, I have been well pleased with other items from the Titan company.”

“I purchased the global euro mount hay spear and it arrive very rapidly. My disappointment was that the stabilizer spears were too long for the retention bolt to engage in the proper spot. I had to have a neighbor drill another hole all the way through so a new bolt could retain the spears properly Other than that, it is a great product.”

“I thought the frame might have a few scratches, but nothing like this. Clearly it was used for some time and sent back. It is bent and I will have to repair it before I can use it. It did arrive in a timely manner.”

“I ordered a Titan 5-foot tiller, the information on the website says 20-40 hp. When it arrived the equipment tag listed a 35-40 hp capability. This has me worried, I haven't used it yet, ill see. I signed up for company email promotions on the same day I made my order and two days later I received a 5% first-order discount. I called and they said can't retro put in a discount. Owww Shucks. The tiller looks beefy and I hope it works. Both times I called in and the service was great. Delivery was ok.”

“Great piece of equipment. The only complaint I have is after using it I noticed one of the teeth on the rake was bent. I was moving pine trees that I had cut down and probably put it under a lot of pressure. However, I understood that it had a 5000 + lb weight limit and was a little surprised that it bent. Having said that, it's still usable and I would buy it again.”

“I've bought a few attachments from Titan. Overall I find them of good value. I would hold back a star due to the assembly time required on the buyer's side. I.e., the snow blade I bought is well built and at a good price. I would've expected it to come in one piece and ready for use. Instead it came to our shop needed all pieces to by assembled. On a positive note; the crating is very well built. I also bought a snowblower and felt that Titan could do better in its preassembly. The chute took 3 people to install...maybe we missed something... but that seemed unusual to us. The owner's manuals are so, so. Not very clear at best. I did reach out for customer service at one point but that didn't end up being helpful. Overall, I think well built and good value. Just remember to factor in a half of a day for assembly on some of these attachments.”

“Both items, the stump bucket and the JD to skid steer adapter look very strong and arrived in good shape. I ordered the wrong stump bucket and had, with their help, to return it and the refund took a little longer but all is good. Always a pleasure dealing with Titan Equipment and will keep doing so !”

“Shipping tested our patience as we received daily notifications for a week that the first two parts would be delivered each day. Fed Ex does not drop at our door when there is snow, so we try to stick around to pick up packages at the county road before someone else takes them.”
