“It would have been five stars but your shipping department placed a 7' blade edge on top of a 5' pallet of attachments. It fell off at terminal so my order was short the blade. If blade had been labeled with the order number then the freight company would have delivered it the first time instead of me having to place a shortage claim. Then they found the item and had to delivered it again. Ordering was a snap, delivery was quick except for the labeling issues. Yes I will order from them again. LBryan”

“Shipment was in 2 parts....when first arrived it indicated I had received all parts on Friday evening. Called on Monday morning and had to leave a msg. Someone called back and said the other part would be coming the next day or two. They should have indicated clearly on the first shipment that was incomplete. I kept getting emails all weekend to rate the product and how was it. Even the automated system did not realize it was incomplete.”

“So far so good. works as promised and is easy to use on mt Branson 2515h. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-star rating was the hydraulic fittings didn't fit my tractor and had to be replaced. Never have seen the type of fittings that were included. Fairly simply fix though.”

“Product is very well manufactured. Delivery was a bit sketchy as the forks delivered a week before my back plate and the delivery truck dropped them off a half a mike away from the house. I am happy with my purchase.”

“Attachment works great, and it got here fast! Only thing I would recommend is longer hoses, I have inquired about this already but was told to go to a local shop only problem is the closest hydraulic shop that has Metric hoses and fittings is 60 miles away! Sure wish you would use US hoses and fittings.”

“I'm very happy with the product, but I was not pleased at all with the shipping process. The item required special shipping, and a subsequent fee, due to its weight. Titan contracted with Saia who subsequently contracted with a local delivery service called DDP (Dedicated Delivery Professionals). Because the item changed hands, three times, the Titan tracking system sent me a notice that the item was delivered, when it really wasn't. This required me to make several calls before I finally determined it was at a Saia freight terminal, some 200 miles away, and wouldn't be delivered for two more days. Saia showed it as delivered because they handed it off to DDP. When I contacted Saia, they apologized for the confusion, it was a problem with the tracking system, and they told me someone from DDP would be reaching out to me to schedule and coordinate the final delivery, but that never happened. I told both Titan and Saia customer service that I lived in a very rural area with only narrow dirt road access to my property and specifically reiterated that a box truck, flat bed truck or large UPS type van would be needed to get to my property and that a tractor-trailer will not be able to fit or turn around on the road to get back out to the highway. I received no coordination call from DDP. The delivery driver did call me "20 minutes out" from my property and he was driving a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot trailer. Because I had been expecting a coordination call well in advance, I was not home at the time the driver called. Luckily, my son was able to get my farm tractor and meet the driver out at the main road to lift the item off the truck and transport it the final 1/3 of a mile to my property. My disappointment is that I have purchased several implements from Titan over the years, and every time, I have to go through the same rigamarole, every time. You would think a company that caters to rural folks for a decent portion of their business would have a process in place and have contracted shipping and delivery companies with the capability to complete a full delivery. I'm hoping Titan will remedy this issue before I buy my next piece of equipment.”

“I have been meaning to write and let you know that the pallet rack I purchased for my husband was very scratched up! I understand it was heavy and all but it came off the FedEx truck without any wrap and was worn in many places. I had my husband take pictures, if need be. The forks were fine!
