“i like the attachment. it is made sturdy. the part arrived before expected-4 days. i had to replace the hose connections as they are not correct for most tractor connections. also, i wanted a receipt for the purchase. i expected an email sent with a receipt. i called customer service and stayed on hold 40 minutes to ask for an email receipt. they offer a call back service so i left the #. i still haven't received call back or receipt. not a big problem just an aggravation.”

“Buying experience was good- although all the "special deal" type e-mails were not a deciding factor. Transporter was good- did what they said. Unit is not is service yet as am awaiting third function kit. There is a bolt type mounting bracket that holds hydro hoses that is crooked (don't think it is bent, just sloppy work) and there is evidence of hydro fluid around it. Not sure if those are used to test unit or not, but regardless should have been cleared up because customer naturally thinks leak..”

“Fork attachment looks great but the pin that goes into the faceplate for the attachment did not align properly but a little heat and adjustment with a sledge hammer and I’m in business”

“I needed a grapple primarily for moving logs. I did a lot of research and decided to purchase from Titan Attachments. It is a very sturdy grapple and I'm pleased with its performance so far. It was delivered on a pallet and protected by a steel framework. I also got it at a great price. The only reasons for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 are that I had to make modifications to its attachment bracket so it would fit my 2022 John Deere 3046R (320R loader). The bracket hooks on the grapple were about 1" too wide (pins were ok). I cut 1/2" of material from the outside of each of the brackets. It fit perfectly after that and with a little paint, I was good to go. I would also recommend that you contact Customer Service at the beginning of the purchase process and advise them of what hydraulic hose connections your tractor requires. I had to modify the hoses and connections when the grapple arrived. Would I purchase it again? Absolutely.”

“Delivery was quick. Implement seems to be good quality but the pin holes aren’t aligned in the proper position to mount my existing pallet forks. I will have to take it to a machine shop to have them adjusted to make it work.”

“Well it sorta fit , had to do some grinding on it , the last John Deere plate I got fit nicely this one did not fit right but with some grinding I got it to work , little loose but working, if I hadn't been on sale and had paid full price I would of not been so ok with it. Also I guess sending hoses notlong enough to do anything with is normal. That free shipping thing plastered on everything is also not true, a $75 oversized charge is applied, I can't figure out what they ship is not oversized so they saying it's free is a lie. It was packed well for shipping, no problem there.”

“It did not arrive in any sort of packaging so the paint was chipped a bit here and there. The quality is good and in the first hour or so I probably wore some more paint off anyway. All is well”
