“I am very please with my HD pin and hook John Deere Forks. I was not pleased with the shipping labels that were attached to the side of my fork frame on top of the Titan logo stickers. These shipping stickers will not come off as a solid piece and Goobegone will not touch it. I would like it better if my new forks looked like new without stickers all over them. They would be 5 star except for that. Those stickers will be there years from now.”

“The delivery was extremely Fast (i received it within 8 days), BUT I had to wait 3 days in a row because the delivery window kept changing from Monday to Tuesday to Finally on Wednesday at 6pm. Also I wasn't sure if I needed to be home to off-load the item. Please keep us informed of the delivery instructions if a signature is needed, and whether I need forks to off-load or the driver can off-load without help.”

“Everything seems to be ok. Haven't been able to use it yet. When I received it it was half way out of the metal crate. They could have done a better job securing it prior to shipping. Several locations on the attachment was scratched due to it moving.”

“Items eventually showed up, but at 3 different times. I would say this was a FedEx issue overall. The fork frame was not on a skid and pretty banged up. Not impressed by that.”

“I had to send it to the shop the weld was oversized the nuts would not slide into the slots I do think the made in USA version is stronger and heavier than the first one I bought”

“The HD Root grapple was recieved promptly and had great communication with the shipping company. we hooked the grapple up and greased it.Also double checked the bolts and hose fittings tightness, all were secure. noticed the one of the pivot point pins on the upper jaw was recessed into the frame. closer inspection indicated the main frame was not welded square. one side is off about 1/4 inch where the top cylinder pin goes thru. I hooked the attachment up and put it through a good workout. It did a great job removing stumps, construction debris, etc... since, i've replaced the pin with a 1/2 inch longer pin to keep from wallowing out the bushing. Works great! Other than a slight quality control issue, I'm very satisfied with the HD Root grapple.”
