“It said free shipping but was charged $75 for handling when it arrived the steel cage was held together with wire and half off the pallet the bucket was tied to the pallet with one piece of wire and half off pallet too I know I'm going to scratch the paint off when using it in the dirt to pull trees but when it shows up new it would have been nice if it wasn't already scratched up especially when I paid $75 for handling fee”

“Ordered a spreader bar for my clamp on forks. They worked great except the bolts for tightening it to the forks were to short.”

“Delivery was in two different packages by two different delivery services at different times. First delivery worked well with advance notice of delivery. There was no advance notice of second delivery. I received call a few minutes prior to arrival from truck driver asking information regarding location and entry points for the truck. Fortunately there was available means to unload the item with a fork lift. I'm glad to receive the item earlier than expected, but fortunate that we had a machine and individual available to unload at arrival.”

“I was pleased with the shipping and timely arrival. But, The pallet forks are for a skid steer utility attachement. Unfortunately they were not made to fall close in specifications to the skid steer utilty attachment on the front end loader. As a result there is a lot of play in the attachement side of the pallet forks and if downward hydraulic pressure is supplied to the attachemnt it pushes it up enought that the bottom part becomes disconnected from the skid steer utilty attachement on the front end loader. For this reason I am displeased with my purchase. My order # is Order #11100404429 if you are interested in discussing this.”

“Friendly customer service, decent prices, only issue was delivery..Showed up in driveway with no advanced notice. had liftgate, so not impossible, and driver was great, just had to drop everything and deal with an unannounced arrival. Will buy from again, but an area for improvement.”

“Love how heavy duty the product is! Had to shave some metal off so the pins would close. But pretty minor stuff. Shipping was extremely fast and dropped in my driveway!”
