“Generally everything went good. When I discovered two orders for the same item had been processed I called Titan. The lady in customer service was very understanding and agreeded to cancel the second order and issue a refund. However, when i arrived to pick up the fork lift frame two orders were there. After some discussion the trucking company agreed to return one order and I ultimately recieved a refund.”

“Everything in order except one link pin with clip holes was improperly drilled and would not allow clip to be installed. Had to drill out”

“We’re working in the pasture, scraping up, smaller, dead trees, and branches and rocks, and driving from one end of the Pastor to the other with it, raised up the top part of the landscape rake where the center link connects to it as it bounces around too much it’ll bend it Otherwise the landscape break works great with the adjustments, swinging it left and right and pulls everything together very nicely On the instructions, there’s no torque specs for the bolts. The pictures that are come on the paper is not very clear and a couple of the pieces are pretty thin specially where the bolts go at the top of the landscape right there by the center link they’ll crush really easy, otherwise I like it😃”

“The order processing and quick delivery were great! However, the delivery was to an unoccupied building and needed to have a volunteer at the building to receive the safety cage. Made arrangements with Saia Trucking to get a heads-up call on when delivery would occur. Never got that call. Item was left at the door of our building without any notification. This is a Saia Trucking problem, not Titan's but Titan should insist upon better communication wit customers.”

“The pro series pallet forks I ordered seem very well constructed and fit my tractor perfectly. Although I haven't been able to use them yet I'm sure they will get the job done.”

“The implement turned out to be ok but the box it was sent in was almost totally destroyed. It was kinda scratched up but I figured it’s an implement and it will get scratched up. My wife kept asking me if we should send it back and I said no cuz it will get scratched up.”

“Item was solid, built well. shipped out in timely manner, but $65 to prepare shipment, when shipping is free? Nice to have a sale price, but to add packing fees back on top? Just add into your cost. I even had delivered to business address, which saved you $75 - $100 from residential, and they had no liftgate. It was unloaded by hand.”

“It said free shipping but was charged $75 for handling when it arrived the steel cage was held together with wire and half off the pallet the bucket was tied to the pallet with one piece of wire and half off pallet too I know I'm going to scratch the paint off when using it in the dirt to pull trees but when it shows up new it would have been nice if it wasn't already scratched up especially when I paid $75 for handling fee”
