“Haven’t been able to put it together yet as the wheels don’t fit in the supports. Waiting to hear back from Titan as to a fix for this issue.”

“All said and done a nice piece of equipment. One problem I have is that the length of the bale spear. I thought 43 inches was usable length not total length.overall pleased with the attachment and it works and fits well”

“As soon as the snow is gone and rainfall ceases, I plan on using these forks. Tha first fit was disappointing because the cross bar wouldn't fit over the welds on the front. I took care of that and am looking forward to drier times.”

“The product so far seems to be of good quality. The manual however was nonexistent. There was a website to go to but when entering the number given there was not anything to be found. Tried searching by other means and nothing turned up. I was able to assemble the product by looking at the picture and some trial an error. I will sat the manual lifting is a bit ridiculous and I will be adding a linear actuator soon but that I kinda expected.”

“The spear I purchased is what I expected. Only problem is the spacers for the 3-point hookup. I got 2 different sizes and only one fits so I can’t use them.”

“I was informed my item was on back order. I did not know it would ship separately. So when I received only part of it and was told that that completed my order, I tried to call for clarification. That was where my issues are. It was almost impossible to get a live person on the phone for ONE simple question!!! It took me nearly an hour… WHO has time to spend an hour trying to speak to a live person???. By the time I finally got a person, I was ready to shoot someone…although they were very nice… the whole incident was uncalled for and left a bad taste in my mouth and I was ready to ditch your company. Customer service is key to repeat customers. In this day and time when there is no accountability, customers are drawn to businesses that STILL cater to the customer… with all the built up frustrations over poor service from employees that are not trained and/or could care less about pride in their performance …”sorry, I ONLY work here”…. What kind of response is that…with at attitude, it doesn’t take much to look somewhere else.”

“Very happy with my purchase with one exception. The grapple plate angle is such that I cannot fully lower my lift arms (on level ground) and thus I cannot open the door when the grapple is attached unless I park the front of the skid steer on a 4x4. Is this just a Cat skid steer issue? Otherwise the quality of the grapple and forks seems really good.”
