“Ordering was easy and smooth. Receiving the stump bucket was another story. Shipping kept getting pushed back further out and further out by the shipping company. Got it about a week after I was supposed to based on the delivery date when I placed my order. Good thing I was not in a rush and needing it sooner.”

“I ordered a 5' drum spike aerator. It took a few weeks longer than expected to show up. When it came it was a pallet dropped at the end of my 1/2 mile long driveway. No notification that its was to be delivered. The issue was that it was not what I ordered; it was a pallet forks or something totally different. If I had been notified I could have prevented them leaving the wrong item. I emailed without response then called to get the wrong item picked up and the correct item shipped. A week or more passed before the pick up and another week to get the orginally ordered product, which was also dumped at the end of my driveway without notice. The whole process took about a month. One of the bearings was damaged in shipment, however I didnt even try to do a warrenty claim as it was easier to get it repaired locally. The temps went from 40 degrees to -7 degrees between ordering and having a chance to try it. Needless to say it is just sitting now unitl April when I can get it out from under a blanket of snow and try it. Not thrilled about the delivery and time to recive the product. Ill need to wait to do an actual review on its effectivness come spring.”

“Well designed and constructed. Delivery service good. Would appreciate option for ag style couplers, or at least common fittings on hose ends. Ended up cutting hoses and fitting commonly available ends. Seems wasteful and extra work. Overall good.”

“Would have loved to give 5 stars. Only problem was the poor packaging, pallet frame arrived in a plastic bag ripped to hell and frame paint was chipped in numerous spots where it was obviously dropped several times.”

“The pallet forks are great! Top quality! The only reason I didnt go 5 stars on the review is due to the shipping. The mount plate was delivered quickly, but the forks arrived several days later. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend to others.”

“Titan forks and frame seam to be great quality for the price. Just used them once and great so far. No reflection on the product however shipping the frame came in scratched up from FEDEX.”

“I have purchased several attachments from Titan and find them well-built and reliable, this back blade fits that assessment. The reason for not giving it a five was the bolt attachment to the blade, it was extremely hard to match them up to have them stay tightened. Don't know but perhaps a lock washer or a cotter pin through the bolt. Otherwise good to go.”

“Pleased with the pricing and quick delivery. I would suggest adding a center upper time as I have issues with debris breaking in the middle when lifting and falling out the ends. I have had one fabricated to add but haven't had the chance to complete installation. Beyond that it is a welcome addition to the Titan equipment family that I have purchased. Thanks for manufacturing heavy duty equipment at great value.”
