“I purchased the economy series pallet fork frame from the scratch and dent sale, I got a great price not really knowing what could be "scratch and dent" about a pallet fork frame. Shipping was free and arrived in a couple of days. With just a couple of minor adjustments to the frame, I was connected up and enjoying a huge discount from a great company. I purchased the snowblower last year. I would recommend Titan Attachments to anyone and I have.”

“The attachment itself works well. The packaging was rather flimsy and was falling apart upon delivery. The handle mechanisms were bent and I had to work to get them back straight again.”

“My reason for buying another hay spike/pallet fork frame was that the first frame had Grade 5 bolts in the stabilizer bars. The first time I went to put on the pallet forks, the bolts broke off in the frame. The dilemma, taking a long time to drill out and retap the bolt holes, or change it back and forth as needed. After opting to change back and forth, I just ordered another frame. Then I took out the bolts in the stabilizing bars, put in grade 8, and left one set up for moving hay and another set up with pallet forks. These are great, heavy duty, well made products, and it still disappoints me that you all would use cheap bolts that broke off REALLY easily.”

“Fast shipping box was beat up and had holes in it. The small keepers for the bucket teeth were in a zip lock bag but the shipping must have broke open the bag and lost some of the keeper pins.”

“Due to flu, have been unable to complete assembly. Good quality materials and looking forward to years of use. Need better phone support. Wait times are unacceptable is my only complaint so far.”

“I like the fronthoe, but the bucket pin did not fit. The pin slipped in, but the location of the bolt hole on the pin did not align with the threaded bolt hole on the bucket. I had to ream it out 1/8" to get it to fit.”
