“Product is fine, but the packaging was bad. The bolts for the blade are missing and the packaging wrap was falling apart when I received it. Please ship me the missing bolts/nuts: Doug Luckett: 500 Bent Plantation Lane, Madison NC 27025”

“Super strong build and a far better than average finish. Hooked to my tractor in a couple minutes. Unfortunately it will not hook to any of my implements as the pin grabbers are spread to far apart. This may be my own ignorance for ordering the wrong one but I did not think there was a different size.”

“The price and delivery were fantastic. Only issue was a slight modification on the pin system on the john deere pallet forks I ordered did not line-up exactly with the loader attachment.”

“This is the second one that I have purchased. They do a great job of keeping hydraulic lines up and out of the way. However, the first one was shipped without mounting hardware and the second came with bolts and washers, minus nuts.”

“Root rake was delivered very quickly after my order....much faster than in the past with Titan. The rake is very heavy-duty and is fine. The shipping pallet however was almost in pieces on the delivery truck. There was much too light wood used in the pallet that was selected by Titan for shipping given the weight and size of the root rake. But as I said, the rake is a heavy-duty beast, and although the paint was very scratched all over the rake is 100% functional.”

“All arrived as expected - everything looks great. Bale spear and forklift frame are working great. Haven't had a chance to hook up the grapple yet.”

“The log grapple is very well built and works perfectly. However when I lifted it up for the first time 2 bolts fell out. these are the bolts that hold in the pivot pins. All of the nuts were loose and needed to be tightened. I had a similar experience with a 6 foot harrow I bought a year ago. They are both nice pieces of equipment,but you need to do a better job of final inspection before shipping.”

“Quality of the bucket is very heavily made the only drawback is the back of the bucket is to straight not allowing for enough rollback of the bucket to carry a full bucket of material.”
