“Item was out of stock for three weeks. Good quality once it arrived.”

“Only complaint was the hardware packing. 4 different sized bolts by 5mm a piece all mixed together was a nightmare figuring that out while putting it together. Separate and mark bolt bags with sizes.”

“I am very happy with the quality of the product. I feel like the communication could have been better about the delay of one piece. I knew of a delay, but when the first part of the order came, it was in two shipments (I assumed the forks were one part of the order shipment). When the main body didn’t show up, I thought someone took it or there was something else going on. Initially it was frustrating, but it was resolved quickly after I contacted both FedEx and Titan.”

“I am happy with the delivery and quality of the stump bucket. I am not happy with the fact that you lowered the price another $50 a week after I bought it. The hose hangers are just what I needed.”

“Error was made when I ordered, canceled next day reordered and received within 3 days my correct order. They said I would be refunded 5 to 7 days two weeks later still waiting”

“The item came faster than I thought. However, while installing I was missing some nuts, bolts and washers. I called and did not have to wait long, However, they did not have the items in stock and asked if I could go to a local hardware store and purchase, send them the receipt and they would credit my order. I did this and sent the receipt. However, it took two reminder emails and 10 days for them to credit my card. The attachment itself is as described and as I thought it would be. Hence, 4 stars.”

“Product is exactly as ordered and great quality. Only issue is whoever the delivery carrier was, banged and scratched the hell out of my attachment. I’m ok with it since it’s just cosmetic, but maybe could have been wrapped in cardboard or something.”

“Good transactional experience, good tracking, customer service was very responsive. Global Euro frame that I purchased is quite heavily built. Pallet forks from scratch and dent sale look great as well. Looking forward to putting the hay spear and pallet forks to use.”

“The Cat 2 Quick Hitch I purchased seems to be good quality I have not had a chance to use it or even put it on my tractor. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired as it was falling off the hitch when I received the package. damage was minimal and only to the paint on the bottom of the hitch. I would say packaging SHOULD be improved”

“A five star review was close but when I tried to speak to a product agent prior to making a decision to purchase the return call came a couple of days later. Not being able to answer the return call from the Titan staff because I was driving, I tried returning the call minutes later but still was not able to get ahold of anyone. The questions I had would have been helpful if they had been answered to prepare for the arrival of my unit.”

“The adapter from global hook up on the tractor to skid steer worked well. I have a DEUTZ fahr tractor with a stoll brand loader. In the description it says that it fits John Deere global hook up. It is built nice and heavy. It works well going on and off. I’m using a shaver hydraulic post pounder on it. Shipping was super fast.”

“First shipment didnt arrive because the truck burned. After a brief 1 hour hold with support I was able to arrange for a new shipment that arrived no issue! 5 Stars for making it right 1 star demerit for long hold time :)”
