“The Telehander man cage is what I expected. Heavy duty and easy to assemble. However, the cage was damaged when delivered. please have someone contact me and I will send a photo. Thanks Jay J Derenzo cell-781-424-5617”

“The skid steer hook up to category 1 attachment is built well. I was sorry to see that it was built so that you have to buy adapters to take up the extra room where the pins go.”

“Within three days of using that one of the hydraulic attachments has already started leaking. I need to know who to contact so I can get that replaced please”

“I bought a 3 point quick attach hitch for my John Deere tractor. The hitch arrived quickly, but when it was delivered it was delivered bare, no box or packing. It had been relabeled and one of the levers that open and close the lower lift pin points was bent with broken welds. Not the product’s fault, but I had to end the lever to allow it to work and I hope it doesn’t fail in the future. So far the product is good, packing and shipping needs improvement.”

“Titan should change shippers. Unit was delivered with another customers item stacked on mine. The delivery person never let us know the our unit arrived. We were home at the time and could have corrected the problem. We look forward to using our unit shortly.”

“Great piece of equipment. It was a gift for my husband. He is very good at assembly but this took a lot more time than necessary. The instructions were horrible and there were parts not even listed. He had to YouTube it to figure it out. For as much as you spend on this, you’d think the instructions would be spot on. Definitely room for improvement there but quality of product is great.”

“Smooth, seamless ordering process. And quick delivery! The reason for four stars instead of five is that the pinholes for the Toro quick attach plate are too large, and it creates some slop for the forks frame. This seems like a recurring complaint on Titan products, and I have no idea why they cannot seem to fix it. I can live with it, and the forks are heavy duty.”

“I ordered 2 skid steer attachments, a skid steer to 3-point adapter and stump bucket. Both arrived in a timely manner but I was a little disappointed to see from the stickers on the packaging that they were both made in China. The 3 point adapter plate has worked out well but haven't got a chance to use the stump bucket yet.”

“Separating forks into three separate shipments is good because it allows a common carrier to deliver to your house. Downside is the pieces arrived two weeks apart from each other.”

“Professional fork frame and 48 inch forks: the frame is well built, welds looks good. Decal stickers "Titian" was delivered with it not sticking, already falling off, I think if they wanted thier product advertising they should have painted their name or coated the decals on. Forks are solid, no complaints from the product other than decals. One issue was an additional freight cost added after advertising "free shipping" at the end of the sale on the final payment screen, "$75 due to the increasing shipping costs". ... well then either add that to your overall product cost or remove the "free shipping" statement from the add.”

“This is my second purchase from Titan, the first item a log splitter had a faulty fitting with damaged threads that leaked. The online service was horrible. After I contacted YTL they immediately took care of the issue. My second purchase a finish mower so far so good. Product appears well built.”

“Titan did an amazing job on their end. The delivery people not so much. I bought the 60" root grapple for my bobcat. It worked great for picking up tree trunks, but when u went to push over a small Russian olive bush it popped two hydraulic lines going to the right cylinder. The lines are not protected and they need some sort of heavy duty cover on them to protect the "T" fittings. Titan is reviewing it to see if it's covered under the warranty.”
