“The product seemed okay but it didn’t fit on my piece of equipment. They want me to pay shipping back which I would accept but then they want a 20% restocking charge. What a stupid thing to do. I was going to buy a couple thousand dollar grapple for my skid steer so they saved $10 or $12 dollars and lost a couple thousand. So beware if something won’t work for you. I’ll certainly never buy anything from them a, I’m just glad it was a small item.”

“Hello everyone, My suggestion to anyone looking at a creditable company avoid this one. I had purchased a set of teeth for frontend loader on tractor. They sent these to me and didn't open for 4 months and once opened no pins were in box. I reached out to have these sent vis USPS for lower cost. They refused to sent saying out of warranty. I would be embarrassed to send an e-mail telling someone that. I will go out of my way to ensure no other person gets this treatment via post on channels. I just reported to better business bureau in Georgia who will note this company's standards.”

“Ordered a cat2 quick hitch, and somehow it was damaged in shipping by Fed Ex, never even made it to me. I called them and Titan sent a new one while the damaged unit was still on it's way back to them. No hassle. Good customer service.”

“I have been looking for a 3-point carry all for some time and found several but most different work with a quick attach. When this one arrived, it was missing the lower lift pins so I contacted support and within a week they arrived. I installed them and everything was happy. The fit on the quick attach was perfect. Customer support proved to be excellent.”

“Only been used for two days. I’ve been using this attachment on a Cat 285D. The idea of the grapple is great but poorly executed. Not sure if the pins are the correct size. The grapple arms have no stop when it’s all the way up so they flop around like crazy and bang into the machine arms when you tilt up. I welded some stops on the top of the grapple so they don’t flop back and hit the machine. Other than that issue the attachment seems to be doing what it should.”

“Everything was great ordering, shipping and delivery were fast. Im very impressed with the quailty off Titan products. The welding and materials are great. This the second item I have ordered from Titan.”

“Shipping was quick and the product seems well made. Moved a bunch of logs so far with no issue but one. The latches for the fork position detents are not great and forks can potentially move if pushed sideways. The orange paint chips pretty easy compared to other accessories I've used.”
