“Payed extra shipping to have expedited. Received plate. Within 3 days. And spears were shipped from back east. Waited 1.5 weeks for them to show up. Product should have been shipped together. Definitely think about buying again especially if multiple product attachment.”

“Product did not fit. It was machined incorrectly which caused it not to fit on my machine. Kubota SCL 1000. Customer service was useless. The only people you can talk to on the phone don’t know anything about equipment. The person I was emailing couldn’t understand that it was machined wrong. Two months into the process of getting things resolved. Going to have a local shop modify it, but should have just sent it back at this point. If you happen to get one that is machined correctly, it is a solid piece.”

“So far I have only used it to move 83 hay bales. Had no issues, this Titan hay spear is built very well. My only complaint is the packaging. I understand it’s a heavy attachment but a single thin box won’t do much to protect the nice finished paint from getting damaged. My attached had several different areas where you could tell it was dragged or pushed around damaging all the paint in those areas. That’s the only reason I am giving it a 4 stars. Otherwise , I highly recommend this attachment. Looks like it will last me a very long time.”

“Overall, very pleased with my new chipper. It is easy to use however I did have a couple of issues. The first time I used the chipper, I sheared the shear bolt on the PTO shaft. Nine of the documentation provided specifications for the shear bolt. I called Titan, customer service gave me the incorrect size (M10x55 without any bolt grade info). After looking at other Titan PTO shafts, I found the correct size (M8x50, grade 8.8). Another issue, even some 3 inch diameter log will shear the bolt. The chipper is supposed to handle up to 4 inch diameter logs. I am reluctant to use a higher grade shear bolt, so I just need to be sure to stay below 3 inch diameter. Even so, the chipper is efficient and performs well. I am happy.”
