“I have ordered a couple times now and never had any issue the shipping is surprisingly quick and all the attachments Iv ordered came in undamaged and well packaged. I did paid shipping both times and it was very cheap considering the weight of the attachments. Iv had zero issues with attachments and all work as they should. Pallet forks 48” standard quick hitch and cat1 heavy duty trailer mover”

“I exchanged about a dozen emails over the course of two weeks with Jeremy or Josh related to my order of a Stump Bucket Tree Scoop so the process was a bit exhausting but I finally got what I wanted. Although I have not used the Tree Scoop, my son says it works great and has a couple of burn piles to show for it. I think it will be a big help in removing stumps from our 80+ acres here in central Texas.”

“Arrived damaged, box was badly damaged and product was also damaged. Maybe more of a function of the shipper, of course. Secured the spade to my tractor, but it kept coming off.”

“I had a tough time with the website... wanted to do financing but when I rain into snags, there was no one to call to figure out what the issue was. Then I tried to split payment among several cards and ran into problems attempting that. Finally, I broke down and called Titan sales... got a friendly and helpful sales person... got a better price, fit a better deal in shipping and was able to pay with several methods. Next time... I'll just call. And, there will be a ",next time"!”

“The tree puller arrived on time. But when I purchased the puller I described my tractor and ask if it would connect to my application. When it arrived the quick attach ends were to large. Although the grapple worked fine. I called the product support and that guy was awful I explained to him that I got the wrong quick connector we the wrong ones and he said that was the standard size. Very argumentative and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. I told him I would just call the phone # where I purchased the attachments. He stated fine they will just refer you back to me. The worst of the worst product support. It doesn’t speak well for Titan attachment. All I was trying to do was just swap out the quick attach ends so I could use me new tree/ pole puller. After my recent purchases of 6ft brush cutter, grapple, and a quick connect set of forks I was expecting better service. But I did tell him if this was the best product support Titan offered I would purchase anything else from a different equipment supplier!”
