John deere hook and pin pallet fork. One pin was off 1/8 inch thus forcing modification to get it to work.

I could not get the quick hitch to release attatchments as designed and got the run around for a week from the company. I don't know if it was intentional or complete lack of knowledge of their product but customer service was useless.

Unit is well built but instructions were not with unit and had to be downloaded. Pictures were confusing and a video might have been helpful.

Very well made unit. However mine showed up with scratches all over. I'll have rust in no time. Should have been sold as a scratch and dent model.

Attachment seems nice….but I have the same problem as others have had. The gussets in the corners are no where near enough contact with the machines attachment plate. Requiring extra material to be welded in. Should really look into this issue and change the design so people don't have to modify a brand new attachment they just purchased. 😁 other than that the attach seems pretty heavy duty.

Equipment seems good quality, PTO ends were too tight on shafts, but I had the right tools to correct. Recommend a couple spare shear bolts, but easy to pick up.

I had to grind one of my pins that pass through the lower mounting bracket. It isn’t square to the frame of the attachment. I saw that in another review also.

The forks are good but they was thrown off the truck and bent the guard when it hit the ground not real happy with FEDEX

I ordered a set of pallet forks for My JD 2025r and the order process and delivery was easy and fast. I received my order in northern Michigan in less than a week, very good. Problem, frame did not fit the loader attachment points due to a manufacturing issue. The frame was welded out of square just enough to keep the lower mounting pin from meeting up with the corresponding hole in the loader arm. Only on one side. Filed a claim for warranty and I am in the process of working through that now.

Advertisement was misleading by offering 5% discount if ordered within so many minutes but does not apply at checkout. Free shipping should mean free to get it to you, but instead it cost $75 to handle. Saying it fits Category 1 3point hitch should not require you to buy longer lower links (32") to keep the guide wheels from hitting the rear tractor tires. Guide wheel yokes bend when driveway is a few inches higher than ground next to it. Couple of grease fittings were damaged in transit. Other than that sounds and looks good.

Not sure if my quick attach on my tractor was fabricated or not. But I had to modify it because of the bale spear bushing and the it was too low for the latch. So we needed too add 3/16 inch steel shim. Fits great now.

the log boom seems decent quality,but doesn't fit any receivers I have.they say 2 1/2 " but I have a 2 1/2 " tube and is way too big.Very dissapointed.Customer service rep I talked to seemed clueless.

Ordering and shipping process was fantastic, by far the best freight delivery experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the bucket was not manufactured correctly and would not fit properly on my Dingo. Instead of dealing with the hassle of freight shipping a return, I used my torch and welder to fix it.
