I ordered the 72” grapple attachment with Eurostyle hookup. I got it the next day. The attachment is very heavy duty and is great except for one thing. The bottom holes don’t line up with the rod that latches it on to the loader. Before purchasing it I read multiple reviews from as far back as four years ago pointing this out. I thought they would’ve corrected this issue by now. Wrong, apparently it either takes longer than that to fix a problem, they don’t read the reviews or they just don’t care.

I received the fork frame later than expected ( not your fault) The box was destroyed but the part was fine. I put it on my tractor and it did not fit. The center hub for the hay tine was sticking out behind the mounting face. This is not a problem on most skid steers but I am using it on a Kubota R520 and the universal hitch is a solid plate unlike a skid steer with a gap in the middle. You might want to note that on the description. I milled it flush and it works now. Not many people would have had that option.

Land leveler - packaged very well and works very well. Heavy duty built like a tank. 5* for the land leveler 1* for customer service - company is somewhat deceptive - received an email on Veterans Day about a sale. Bought the leveler at sales price. 3 days later I receive another email about a price drop, $100 less than what I paid for it. I spoke with 3 different representatives and all said we have a 24 hour policy to price match our own prices. Really? Most places have a 30 day policy.

Product was a perfect fit and just as described. We'll see how the welds hold up... Ad price and website price were different! (not a lot, but that doesn't matter) Ad said delivery in 4 days "if ordered now", did not ship out for six days. (according to the FedEx) I was black-friday shopping and noticed "50% off sale", sale price was higher than the regular price last week! I understand, it's the retail game. But these practices are not used by reputable companies!

My thumb attachment showed up with box destroyed and pieces missing. I had to buy three pins and make one other piece in order to make it work. Contacted titan to get some compensation for the parts i had to buy with no response back. 607-382-5353

Purchase and shipping were good. Product quality leaves a lot to be desired. The welding was extremely elementary, I anticipate needing to have certain welds ground down and redone.

Due to poor packaging it was delivered missy the top link. Titan has shipped a new top lock but this has delayed my ability to use the product by two weeks.

When we ordered from you we asked about our tax exemption. You stated that when we sent a copy you would reimburse us the tax. After this was completed you came back and said you would not reimburse us and that it would only be used for further sales. Not real happy with your word. It's too hard to get a straight answer from you. Part of my order was back ordered so you substituted it with another part. It was acceptable as I couldn't have any more delays on my project. Once the fork rack got here the top frame was bent all up but it took a while to get here and it works fine so I’ll keep it

Product fit very well, along with timely delivery puts this product at 5 stars. However, the frame has no chance of being delivered without damage as there is no protection (wrapped on a skid). My frame had at least 10 areas with bare metal exposure from damage during transportation. These areas will require work to avoid corrosion from developing.

I ordered a scratch and dent cat 0 pine straw rake in October via phone because it was advertised as "final sale", and I wanted to confirm that it would be functional and contain all required parts. The friendly, helpful sales rep assured me that the product would probably be scratched and dented (of course), but that it would otherwise be fully functional. He said that if any parts were missing, they would be replaced. The rake arrived several days later than the initial shipping estimate stated, which is not a big deal. When I opened the box, I found that some of the larger parts were scratched and dented, which was expected. What was unexpected was that the rake was missing all of the hardware and the A-frame, which makes it unusable. I contacted support and was told by a helpful person that Titan would either issue a full refund, or would provide the missing parts. Days and weeks passed with no action, despire my calling and speaking with a few nice support people on multiple occasions. At this point, it's now been almost four weeks, and there is still no resolution. That means that I had no rake for fall cleanup, and that I have a heavy box of useless parts sitting in the barn waiting for my credit card company to finalize the investigation related to the chargeback I requested. It's clear that scratch and dent means something different to Titan vs. what it means to every other vendor with whom I have done business. At this point, I strongly recommend that everyone should avoid buying anything labeled scratch and dent from Titan unless you are willing to potentially receive an incomplete box of parts. Re: the ratings, I rated the product three stars because it seems well-built, but it is unusable without the missing a-frame and hardware, so I couldn't test it. I rated the support experience one star, because there was no resolution to my issue, and the company essentially ghosted me after a week and a half. If I could separately rate the support people with whom I spoke, I'd give them four to five stars because they were responsive, patient, and friendly, despite not being empowered to resolve the issue.

It was delivered in the dark and pouring rain so was not possible to inspect it very well. Also, be aware that it is curbside delivery where they will not leave the road so if you live in a rural area and have a long driveway like I do it may be a challenge. I live on a dirt road with a dirt driveway and all they had was a pallet jack so getting it out of the road was a real challenge. The way the plow is shipped leaves a lot to be desired. I came on a broken pallet that was only about half the length of the plow. The cage was broken and the plow has many scratches and chips in the paint that are already rusting and 1 reflector is broken and missing. Have not used it yet since I bought it as a snow plow.

Attachment was fine, showed up missing one of the hydraulic couplers. I emailed and got some generic email asking for pictures of packaging. You really should have someone read emails and respond.

Ordered a quick hitch and a trailer hitch. Both came damaged from Titan. Two weeks after receiving I am still fighting with Titan customer service for a =n RMA so I can return the items and get my money back. Will not purchase from Titan again as the quality and customer service so far are terrible

Very heavy built, however the center bale spike mount sticks out to far on the back not allowing the forks to set up tight against the mounting plate on a 325g skid steer

Shipping was very fast. The box was shredded when it arrived. Some paint chips on the high spots. The welds were sloppy with lots of spatter, I've purchased products from Titan Attachments before on Amazon, but this item was not up the the same standards. The pins do not line up with the holes on my John Deere loader, I'm going to have to put my angle grinder to work to make it fit. It was on sale, a really nice discount, maybe the quality is the reason for the sale price on this piece.
