“Buying experience was fine. Price was great. Shipped quickly. Product itself seems passable, if not particularly carefully designed or manufactured. Haven't actually used the frame yet but I was able to get it seated on my JD eventually after a little wrangling. Looks like it might work.”

“Attachment looks good and works as it should just wish titan would’ve used better shipping methods fedex just dumped it out of their truck in my drive and broke my kids toy”

“The product seems ok. I won't be able to use it until Spring to put it through its paces. It looks sturdy enough. My biggest complaint is that the shipping boxes use the cheapest possible cardboard. Every order I have placed with Titan the boxes are the same cheap stuff and have almost disintegrated by the time the package is delivered. I wish your boxes could be more well constructed as your products.”

“Happy with the forks but not happy with how long it took to receive them after losing my order. I was having to call back several times after informing you that there was an issue. Better follow-up would have given u a 5-star but, the lack of concern to get my order to me until the last representative helped, was not a good business practice.”

“decent delivery, except the delivery person, just left it at my driveway. Put it together and went to grease the fittings, and they all broke when I tried to put grease in them. Why sell something at such an expensive price and then use cheap parts like that. Now I have to try and find grease fittings that will work and that aren't as cheap as the ones sent on the attachment. Such a small part and not very expensive, it wouldn't take away from your bottom line to use quality grease fittings.”

“First off I sent an email asking if the wiring harness would plug directly into my Bobcat T180 skid steer. I received a phone call ensuring me that it would. Wrong not even close. After doing some research found that I would need another controller to accomplish this. I sent another email several days ago asking if your company has any such controller available. Having not gotten a response I have concluded that this company is only interested in sales and not support. I'll keep this in mind when I need another attachment or when somebody asks about Titan Attachments.”

“Very little info comes with the implement. For example, I'm not really sure how to use the feature that locks the channel. Are the spindles' threads supposed to fit into the slots on locking bar? A video would be nice.”

“There should have been some guidance regarding how to set up the pallet forks. I did not find any guide and it looked like there was an issue with the product. I reached out to customer support and was provided a video to help. It did help but it didn't look good on your part that the video was actually from another company. It wouldn't take much work to shoot a few videos around set up and free to host on youtube.”

“The experience with Titan was 5 star but the delivery company Saia trucking was horrible. After 20+ Unanswered phone calls I had a call from their driver saying he was 50 minutes away to deliver . The product was in good shape and all ended well . Just glad I was here to sign for it .”

“I was pleasantly surprised that the forks and spears arrived so quickly, but it took several phone calls with little urgency to resolve the main bracket to ship. It took three weeks to get. the products that I received looks like what I ordered are are going to work well on my tractor.”
