“Speedy shipping ,even over the holidays only problem Bolts would not work on middle buster plow had to buy new Bolts but the equipment seems to be ok”

“Website is good, tools are good... but delivery is no good. They just dropped it off in front of my gate and they may have called but did not leave a message. Fortunately, I was home but I often do not go to my ranch for a week... if this would have been in front of my gate for a week, someone may have just stolen it... I am a bit upset by that.”

“Two of the three products arrived a week late (not your fault). One item had a few inches of paint missing on the top along with a few dings here and there. Product didn't mount fully to tractor loader mounts. Had gaps on both sides of the top mount.”

“Well built piece. But right away I was unable to get the bottom quick release pins to line up because the upper, I'll call them cupped recievers, were mfg'd too wide. I had to cut approx 1/4-5/16" off each end (reducing the total top width) to allow them to align. All I have to do now is get the hose hydraulic ends and lengths to connect on my 1025R.”

“took 1 month to recieve shipment it was not all Titan fault. fedex said was no barcode on box. then titan had to do a investigation before they would reissue the shipment.was very unhappy about the shipment process.”

“Email received stayed item shipped. Assumed was one shipment because no info provided on multiple shipments. When part was delivered there was no forks . Called customer service and was told forks were coming from Memphis warehouse. Tracking info stated came from Mississippi then to Memphis.”

“made order and you said if you could drop the p.o. address and use physical address, I text that was ok. I didn't receive my order for 2wks. I called why?no answer. but I them received my order in a couple days. Good product, service?”

“Part of order is on back order for well over 30 days. And order did not ship correct. Didn’t receive what I ordered. Titan corrected but causes unconvinced for me.”

“Nuts were loose on handles. Springs on handles are not tight enough to keep locking pins in place which is a hazard when lifting hay”

“The frame and forks seem to be built well I have been waiting for them to be available for a long time I wish I could have talked to a real person at Titan instead of a recorded person I hope if I have issues with my product I will be able to talk to a real person”

“First one was great the last one I bought one of the lines that plug in to machine had a pin hole and the grease zerk was missing on bottom of piston but now that it’s fixed it operates beautifully”

“The grapple attachment came with old school nipple style fittings instead the industry standard of flat face that every skid steer comes with. Bit of a hastle driving all over looking for the fittings to use the bucket. Also the bucket looks decently built and heavy duty for my needs. But the plate adaptor for the mini skid steer fits so sloppy and loose that I'm going to have to add a ton of plate steel between to tighten the gaps. My stock bucket fits tight. I have an aftermarket Branco that fits a little sloppy. This one I can about jam my thumb in between. Also. The website claims free shipping and then there's a $75 shipping fee. Which is still cheap considering. But don't advertise free.”

“Bought a set of pallet forks with, the frame that arrived damaged. It had to have been a good hit on the side to bend what appeared to be 1/4 inch steel. Customer service took a few days to respond cause of the holiday season I assumed. They apologized and offered a 5% reduction in the price plus a 5% coupon for my next purchase, which means I would have to spend for money. I researched and found they have a scratch and dent section on their website. That section says 35% to 45 % off. I emailed customer service, thanked them for their off and suggested 25% off my damaged purchase. I hoped that it would be easier than taking the chance of getting another damaged product and saving the company on shipping costs back and forth. To my surprise, they took the chance to ship another fork frame. I will say it did come in approx 4 to 5 days which was fine. I feel they possibly could do better on their prices if they had excepted offers such as mine. It may also be that it got blamed on the carrier and the company lost no money in shipping, but someone still had to take time to answer me and reship me another piece. I have bought from titan before and this will more than likely not stop me from another purchase.”

“Got the skid steer grader, the attach plate spacing between the top and bottom is too far. It attaches but my quick tach pins don’t reach the lock pin holes in lower plate. Looks like it’s built well but I can’t use it until I fabricate it or get it replaced.”

“The back order shipped around when it was supposed to but 5 blades(1 pk) was the wrong blades! I immediately emailed them about my issue and have yet to get a response! I’ll update when problem solved! Wish me luck!”

“There was a missing part at the beginning, but after explaining it to customer service, they sent me the part, but it would be great if they could send me the hardware with that. Overall 👍”
