I was impressed with how fast it all came in and it matches my 5525 well. However it did come in with one support bar bent on the headache rack. It looks like it was shipped with a strap around it judging from the marks where the bend is. It was delivered to me without the strap which caused the bend so not sure if it was from the delivery from Fedex or from the Titan to Fedex. It’s still usable but I have only put one round bale out with it. I’m not sure what will happen in the long run.

Like the product but when I use it hydraulic lines were leaking so bad I wish it was not happen after spending that much money

A part arrived with paint scratches but no structural damage. Item itself as quite good.

It says universal but the bucket lip gap is only one inch. My bucket is 1.5 inch thick on a Cat 416D 2 inch would be more universal

I think you make a good product and Ive bought products from you before. This basket is well built and it will be handy,it would be excellent if it was ready for attachment to the hitch like your advertisement states,but it DOES NOT!!!!!! It is disturbing to me that you dont listen to many of your reviews that bring this issue to light. I as well as probably many others that have bought this item would pay more for this item ready to use. As a manufacture this would be a simple fix.

Received attachment, but had trouble getting off truck. Poorly constructed metal brace and bad skid. Then keep receiving constant email wanting reviews, but have not even put attachment together

Says it’s a 60 inch tooth bar when in actuality it’s shy of 59 inches. Packaging was all tore up and missing hardware. You can tell it’s well made but be ready to modify it to actually meet the advertised specifications.

The table arrived bent on two edges although the shipping box shows no obvious damage or even signs of impact. I believe that the table was damaged before packaging.

I gave you a 3 because of the all pain and suffering to track down all the missing hardware. This is my second one. The first one had everything in the box except for a outer axle bushing. The hardware bag wasn't open except for a small cut in the side of the bag. Kinda odd. Maybe someone else was missing one. Titan told me to call back in 3 or 4 weeks and they might have part in. No problem because I called Master Gardeners and they had some in stock. Perfect. They sell a broadcast spreader identical to Titans. After putting it together and trying it out it worked great. I bought the second for my brother and after opening the box there was nothing packed, everything was loose, even the hardware. It was scratched up worse than the first one because it had been put together before and the long trip to my house. Only thing missing this time was nuts, bolts, and washers. After driving to Home Depot and Lowes I got all the missing hardware. Got it all put together I tried it out and it worked great. I highly recommed them because I've bought two now and they both worked great. Titan, PLEASE, PLEASE include all the parts and hardware because its a pain in the hindend even if I have to pay up. I thought the website and product line looked good. Communication was good. However the build design/strength wasn't as good as expected. One side of the hay stabilizers bent on the first bale I lifted. I will be in touch with a picture.

This is the second Titan crane I have purchased. I am very happy with the product except that the lifting winch on the left side of the one ton crane does not work. I need a replacement but can't find parts. It should still be under the 1 year warranty

The product is very nice, I haven't had time to use it as yet. The shipping was very prompt. The shipping container was absolutely in shambles when it arrived. The product didn't seem to be damaged. I called customer service because the manual for the product was not in the shipping container, it was promptly emailed to me.

Ordering process was very good. The delivery left the pallet frame with paint chipped off in several areas. There was no type of packing to protect the frame

The items (forks) are exceptional high quality and heavy duty no issue there. The shipments (2) was the issue. First shipment (forks) was delivered by an individual using a Penske rental, this person wasn’t able to unload individual forks because they were to heavy for him, so I had to unload them. Second shipment arrived weeks later. The vendor that delivered the mounting bracket would not pull into driveway so that the item could be unloaded at my building, so the item had to be unloaded 200’ away. Overall the delivery process is upsetting since I had to pay a $75.00 special handling fee and I was the one that did the handling.
