The ordering process and the product are good. There was an issue with FedEx shipping where the lost part of the shipment and it ended up being delayed by about a week. Other than that everything else was fine.

PRODUCT WAS GREAT, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, THE SHIPPING SUCKED! IT WASNT TITANS FAULT, IT WAS FEDEX.

easy ordering and quick shipping. I had to do some grinding to make everything fit. One nub for the JD attachment on the frame was a little off and had to be ground down to fit. One of the forks had excessive weld in the bottom "v" and had to be ground out to fit.

Haven’t been able to use pallet forks yet as the front snow blower is needed for a few more months. Read reviews of adjustments needed to work properly so I’m weary of first opportunity to use them. Shipping was fast. Delivered by UPS, the driver wondered why these were not shipped by a freight carrier. I wonder if they would have been handled better and not arrived with scraped paint and the corner slightly damaged from an obvious drop.

Ordering and delivery were fast and easy. Assembling the product is difficult. Instructions are not very detailed and I have two pieces that were not even mentioned in the directions. Very disappointed in the customer service. I sent an email with the pictures of the two parts and as of today have not gotten any help. It has been 5 days.

It arrived on time, packaging intact without visible disruption. The tab for the top link was bent inward and needed to be heated and pounded into an acceptable opening to accept the top link. The channels for the door were bent and the door closure was a little more than half. This required me to bend them back so the door would close. The "Power Coating" was coming off in many places and rust being to form. I took the ballest box to a local company to have it sand blasted and power coated. My concern that the packaging was not damaged, and shipped by manufacture as is. No quality control I would assume. Based on many reviews my experience is not so unusual. I have seen other balast boxes for less money and appear to be equilvent quality for $100 less. I had purchased a previous product from Titan which was excellent quality and figured this would be the same.

The attachment is great. However, FedEx as a shipper was horrible. It took a week and a half to finally get the frame delivered and the box looked like it had been around the world a couple of times.

The items arrived 5 days apart. Unfortunately I had surgery before all parts arrived so I haven’t had the opportunity to assemble complete. I did try the JD bracket and it didn’t fit. The right pin is off location 3/16”. I will try again in the next few weeks and contact you if I need to return the bracket.

The plastic hand screw for the table won't grip the table to position where I want just left it down but it still rotates when moving it sent the screw too big to grip the middle pole to align the position you prefer...

My experience with Titan was excellent up until shipping. Having been in transportation for over 20 years, I understand weather delays, but my package sat in a trailer for 2 days before FedEx picked it up, it then sat at the Memphis cross-dock for another 4 days before it started moving again. I had called customer service throughout and they were not willing to hold FedEx to account. This was disappointing, to say the least as there was no reason for such a long delay. I also contacted FedEx CS and they put me in contact with the delivering terminal in Akron, OH. On the day of delivery, they received it at 12:30 am on a Friday. They weren't going to deliver it until Monday though as the trucks were mostly loaded for the day by the time someone came into the office to answer the phone. I did call them right at 8 am and after leaning on them for 45 min. and threatening to back charge them, they finally did put it on a truck and delivered it Friday late morning. As Titan was paying for shipping, they were technically FedEx's customer and should have taken the lead in putting pressure on the carrier.

I gave it a 3 out of 5 versus a 4/5 out of 5 only because I had to grind down one of the Quick Connectors/bolt a good deal to allow it go into the JD quick connect...it was slightly off. I did eventually grind it down to fit but it did annoy me at first. After it was on the 1025r, it works perfectly.

Thumb seems to be built well. I did have to modify it to fit on the stick of my Deere 35G. Came with no instructions which was a bit disappointing. But, anyone with half a brain can figure it out. The paint/powder coat is super cheap. Was flaking off in the original packaging. But, for as cheap as it is; what can you expect. Pretty stupid design that it doesn’t lock open. If I am digging I have to completely remove the thumb. That’s the only part that I am not happy with. I have owned multiple excavators and all had manual thumbs. Have never had one that wouldn’t lock in the open position. Overall, it’s a great part for how cheap it is.

The assembly instructions are terrible and there is no conversion chart for spreader setting.

SAIA delivered the boxed .5 ton Gantry Crane without any issues. SAIA did a nice job coordinating the drop off and getting the box into the garage. I built and erected the crane solo in under two (2) hours. Since erecting it, I fashioned a system to attach an electric hoist (you can't use Titan's trolly). So far, I've lifted a VW Beetle 1600 cc engine (~300 lbs) and a 1968 VW Beetle body (~400 lbs). PROs: Perfect crane system for a weekend auto hobbyist Budget-friendly Easy to use Not hard to maneuver out of the way You'l find many uses for it CONs Instructions are worthless (a Youtube video would be perfect) It shakes when lifting, go slow My box was missing parts (four (4) screws) which I had to find and buy If you're not engineer minded, you'll need two (2) people to build If you have epoxy garage floors, be mindful of weight and those metal caster wheels
