No way to stow thumb against stick and was told by company to just take the whole thing off and store it somewhere while digging. Very poorly designed overall. Out of the three options for thumb angle one of them is almost useable other two are as useful as wet toilet paper. I will say that the thumb itself is made from thick steel Buy a thumb from another company that has a way to store it against the stick while digging and that has better options for work angle of the thumb.

Shipping was great . The grapple is very well build . One of the JD pins would not line up with my front end loader quick connect so I had to do some modifications to make it work

The quick attach came and is built very solid. The pins in the release levers were both bent right out of the box, I had to grind where it connects to the lift arms because it was not cut straight and would not allow the control balls to fit inside. So now I have lost that valuable enamel to protect it. Very nice otherwise, the shipping was great and I will surely come back, however quality control needs addressed.

The teeth themselves seem to be good and just as described however, the bolts are the wrong size and completely different style than the picture and description.

The 32 in Thumb is great, good quality and very heavy duty. but, missing parts, the lock clips that hold the pins in place are missing.

Did not appreciate having to get a grinder out to make the forks fit. A little more care in welding or a proper jig might be in order. Will probably NOT be a customer in the future.

Well made attachments for the price. Three stars because two of the three attachments i ordered had minor flaws. The pallet forks had a slight bend in the frame and the 3 point reciever hitch had the reciever channel welded on backwards.( I was able to drill an additional hole in it and it works fine.) The hay sprear is as it shlould be. Overall i am happy with the products .

Some of the parts had paint gone off the unit. And the metal is cheap. For the price. I would look around else where.

Auger became cheaper then what I paid 2 days after the purchase. I feel like this company plays too many games with pricing , discounts , scratch and dent offers.

The good: Grapple, stump bucket, & ripper arrived in decent shape. The bad: 1. pallet fork frame arrived all scratched up. Was offered a 5% discount but never received it! 2. The forks were shipped at the same time but arrived in separate shipments. Forks were rusted and scratched up as if they were used. Was initially offered a 5% discount, but was not appropriate for shipping apparently used & rusted equipment. Fortunately, I was shipped decent new ones and I returned the rusted ones. My recommendation is to wrap these items in pallet film or similar because FedEx Ground scratches the *&$% out them! Also, I was referred to Titan by the JD salesman, however, he and I both had such a frustrating time trying to find info (even over the phone) on the hydraulic connection compatibility of the grapple with a JD M class Heavy Duty tractor, he will never recommend Titan again for a grapple.

The arrival took almost a month. The product has a manufacturer defect and the customer service to get it taken care of has not worked out well. I am still waiting on a resolution. Not happy at all.

I would like to give a 5 star review, which I believe the product quality deserves, but the return policy forces me to go lower. I used a company representative on the phone to determine which grappler fit my tractor and lift, with provided identifying information. I asked if the hydraulics were available online to complete my order and he said they were. I clicked and ordered both items. So, I used a company representative and didn't read the fine print on the website. When I went to have the hydraulics installed, the kit wasn't the one I needed. I hadn't opened it any more than necessary to view it and determine it wasn't what I needed. When I sent the picture of the unopened product, they determined I would have to pay the return postage ($75) and they would charge me a 20% restocking fee. On an almost $1000 item, that would be a $200 restocking fee. I consider this grossly unfair and told their representative so in an email chain spanning a week or so. I get asking me to pay all the postage both ways. No complaints here. But I greatly resent returning a product ready to resell and being charged $200 for the privilege of purchasing from them when I can't hand a mechanic the product and determine if it is correct. Lesson to be learned for local purchasing. They can still make this right by me and refund my restocking fee.

The upper pin on the right side was welded on about ¼ inch high. I had to cut off about ¼ of the pin so it would fit the hole in the 120R loader on my John Deere 1023. I wish this app would let me upload the pictures I took of the pin on the base assembly.
