I love my grade scraper, I think it's a good value, but I ordered and paid for the 18-in Replacement Shank x6 6 FT Land Leveler and Grader x1 kit and never received it. I called both the shipper and Titan Attachments, but haven't heard from either, if I ever get the replacement I would be happy to change my rating to 5

Plate metal is higher quality but the tubing is weak. Welds are done with wire welder and within the first day broke most of the welds and had to resend them myself and add support metal strapping to keep fins from bending when catch small stumps or roots....

Contacted customer service via message to cancel order. Never received a response. Called Customer Service a total of 3 times to get the RMA number and Address to return it to.

I bought 2 pieces of equipment. A grappler and backhoe They seem well built , except between the 2 they were missing 5ea zerk fittings and the units did not appear to be greased

Purchased a dump box that was supposed to fit a john deere 3 point hitch quick hitch and it does not fit the top hook. Very frustrating!

the order was placed on the2/17 with a 5 day delivery time given. The order was lost and not delivered in the time frame originally given. after multiple calls the second order arrived on 3/14

Delivered fast but came with no instructions. So I was able to figure it out by looking at other hanging shelves. But everyone may not be able to do that.

It is pretty well built but the product doesn’t spread in a consistent pattern. The write up stated an edge guard feature that was operated by your foot instead of a cable and handle. Pulverized lime just sits in the hopper and won’t come out. I’ll have to use my old spreader for some areas of my lawn because this spreader makes a mess of it. Not happy.

Purchase went well and the product seems solid. Pricing was good. Shipping time seemed reasonable, however the item arrived slightly damaged because the metal frame built around the box blade fell apart in shipment somehow. So one of the blades is slightly and some of the red powder coat was scraped off. On the sides of the box.

So far not real impressed. The first quick hitch looked like it was dropped out of an airplane I repaired and went and bought was missing and straightened that was bent. But they stepped in and sent a replacement. The bump box when hooked up hits the top hook of the 3 point hitch and bent it all up. Had to add bumpers so that the bed wouldn’t come down All the way and hit the upper hook of the 3 point hitch.

The attachment did not fit. I sent measurements to Titan. Their returns department says it may be some time but they are working to resolve the issue. Since I needed the attachment to use with my new skid steer tractor loader, I was forced to go buy a new bale speer for over $1100.00. The make of the attachment for 400 and 500 series is such that it cannot be used on some HLA and John Deere buckets. Might want to weld a skid steere plate instead of using this attachment.

Carton package was totaly ruiend and paint was orange photos showed yellow but all parts were there and undamaged

I'm giving you a 3 star, I believe it was FedX who lost the 1st pallet fork attachment so you shipped another one. I Recieved the replacement and sad to say one side has scapes down to bar metal other side is scuffed up and deep gouge in front. Don't no if it left your building that way or was damaged in shipping. Not happy paying new price for something that looks used. I no I will probably scratch it some time but that should be up to me.

I enjoyed the ability to navigate and use the website. It was frustrating as a first-time buyer to complete the order, reportedly because of system glitches. However, Customer service was very helpful. I was disappointed that On January 17, 2023, the grapple was offered for several hundred dollars less @ $2174.97. Given the need for me to interact with a CSR I would have liked an offer for the previous 30:45 day sale amount. I was disappointed to learn that the advertisement for Free Shipping was not a true statement. While the shipping seemed reasonable at $75.00 it was not as boldly advertised on the website. Fed Ex freight delivered the Grapple and was excellent to work with. The grapple was shipped with industrial skid steer attachments even though I selected the Tractor option when ordering. As a result, I had to purchase and install Ag connections to the hydraulic hoses. Lastly, my account with Titan does not show the purchase in my history and I have not yet received what I would consider a usable invoice for the purchase. My overall experience with Titan is positive and I would recommend them to anyone. I point these things out purely to improve future customer service and possibly help someone else avoid hiccups in the process.

The product was as described. However, the first shipment never arrived and learned the package was damaged from the carrier. I had to find the tracking to inform Titan than there was a problem. So had to wait longer before a new shipment was created and delivered. So, what would’ve taken 1 week to get took 4 weeks. Not Titan’s fault but they could have been a little more proactive about it.

Order #SO0000065050, My experience with the sales staff was pretty good, I was looking for a set of forks for my Kubota BX23 and it took several calls to narrow down my choice. Two of the three salesman were very helpful, one acted like he didn't care either way if I bought from Titan or not.My disappointment in the product so far has been two-fold, first I wanted the 42” forks but I was told those were not available so I went with the longer ones. I didn’t want the added weight (which is why I didn’t want the standard raised backstop forks) but I was afraid the 36” forks wouldn’t be long enough. The second disappointment came when I received the shipment and the forks and back rest came as separate units. My immediate thought was how come I couldn’t get the 42” forks if they showed available with they were available if I had ordered the standard back rest with the guard on the top, hence my disappointment.
