Was disappointed with getting the shipping, the email I received left me to understand the forklift attachments were shipped secured together and indicated it would ALL arrive together on a certain date but it came in 2 seperare shipments on 2 seperate days, why wasn't it palletized and shipped as one unit, I had to arrange my schedual to accommodate meeting the FedEx delivery also didn't care for speaking to someone from India to get information before ordering , I had a hard time understanding them, They couldn't give me the correct information which as a result almost did not order, I would very much appreciate speaking to something from the U.S. I will be more cautious before ordering in the future. the product appears to be well made and contructed

unhappy that grease fittings missing and hydraulic hoses rubber chaffed off where they connect to cylinder. Would liked to be contacted regarding these issues.

This is the second set of six prong bucket attachments for a 60 inch bucket I have ordered from Titan. I am pleased with the first set of prongs I Purchased. The first set had the tightening bolts with a round hole and a square head for tightening the attachment to the tractor bucket. The set of prongs I just ordered had tightening bolts with only a round hole at the top to tighten the attachment to the tractor bucket. I am thinking this will fail me in the long run because I can not tighten the bolts tight enough to keep the attachment on the tractor bucket. I would like to have tightening bolts with a square head on top for tightening the attachment. I purchased the new set of prongs for a second tractor that is located on another farm seven miles away from the other tractor with the original set of prongs.

Bolts were too short. I had to buy new longer bolts and nuts.

Received my item not boxed up, not in any create, the item was delivered Fedex not on the date that was said which was not a real issue. Disappointed upon receiving would have returned the item but the return cost plus restocking fee wasn't worth going thru the hassle. Item was not as well built as described even though it was American built was the reason I chose instead of the other items similar.

Shipment arrived damaged, welds are marginal at best. Green powder coating is ok, but thin in spots. Titan did send new handles for the quick hitch after I reported the issues, however, the handles didn't come with the rubber grips, and the original grips are almost impossible to remove. Definitely an issue of I bought cheap, I got cheap.

Fit great, welds were absolutely terrible and shipping got pushed back four different times from the initial projected date.

the quicktach tolerances i think are a little too lose. I think you need to put more time into figuring out the correct tolerances and then making sure quality is there everytime.

It's a great chipper. However the assembly instructions didn't exist and there's no real visible pathway to help if it's needed. I couldn't find where just one set of wires should connect, and I'm still waiting on accurate answers 2 weeks later. Luckily I found that they're not necessary to operate the chipper, but I still don't know where they go exactly. Just include assembly instructions, and this won't be an issue, or at least a link to a pdf or YouTube video.

Still waiting on frame for forks but the stump bucket is off by 1/4 inch pin center to center and rt side is 1/8 to high

I was disappointed when I received a partial shipment and I had not been notified that there was going to be a partial shipment. I had to call to find out what was going on. I was then informed that part of the item I ordered was on backorder. At least the missing part was shipped within a few days. I am happy with the forklift attachment though at this point. It fits nicely and appears to be well made. I have not used it very much yet.

Trying to get technical info re: extracting the snow blower from the metal shipping frame was frustrating and ultimately incorrect. I asked if the triangle above the device could be used to hoist the blower and was told if I tried I could void any warranty (not allowed to talk directly with a technical person, but second hand through a customer service rep). I then asked if there were bolts that could, on release offer access to the three point hitch attachment as was assured, by a customer service rep, that there was (there was NOT). The manual does not address how to remove the blower from the metal shipping frame. In the end I needed to hacksaw the metal frame on the 3 point side to extricate the blower with my tractor. I would love to know what your technical people recommend.
