I ordered an adapter to fit an EA Grapple, built for a John Deere, to my Kubota L series tractor. Shipping was quick. Price was reasonable. It didn't fit. Had to open up a hole on the bottom before it would mate with the Deere quick attach. The tight fit would be a nuisance if I had to switch this with other implements, but it will stay attached to the grapple, so not an issue for me. The SSQA side is also a close fit. Not much room for error when hooking up. Conclusion: It solved my problem. Shipped quickly, but would have appreciated not having to modify it. It could benefit from a slightly better design or build. Fairly priced. I was anxious to get this grapple in service, so I never contacted Palletforks.com or Titan about the fit to see if my adapter fit was an anomoly.

8 bent “teeth” on first use. Way too thin of material and I wasn’t even in rocky soil. Just fluffing for seed.

I have been quite happy with my Titan Light Duty clamp on forks. However, the subsequent purchase of the matching spreader bar has not been very good. The first order arrived poorly packaged due to the adjustment bolt having ripped through the thin cardboard box. That same bolt was cross-threaded into the welded nut and destroyed the threads on both the bolt and receiving nut. Customer Service (Grace) promptly replaced the order with a new spreader bar. That second shipment experienced the same ripped cardboard due to the adjustment bolt during transit. However at least the bolt could be removed and the adjustment knob installed. But I have to state that the quality of the item leaves a lot to be desired. Welds are adequate but the assembly of the box tubing is not straight. I've not tried them on the forks yet due to weather but I'm hoping they will even slide over the forks. We shall see.

Suitcase weight I ordered was not built square. All 4 wheels do not touch the surface. Packaging was very poorly done.

Delivery was timely, only compliant was weld quality of product. Product is well built just a few shoddy welds.

Hi I really like the titan John Deere forks that I received but I didn’t like how they were shipped. The main body was not wrapped very good, fed ex delivered the forks and it looked like they dropped the frame and drug it across my driveway. One of the corners was smashed in and the paint was all scuffed up. So I’m not sure if that’s a Titan or Fed ex problem but it needs addressed.

The first implement I ordered was a "scratch and dent" quick hitch. It arrived with no packaging at all, just a shipping sticker tapped to it. Needless to say, after shipping with no packaging, it was certainly a scratch and dent. The second implement, a 2" three-point receiver hitch did arrive in cardboard packaging, but half the implement had torn through the cardboard box and was protruding out. One of the cotter pins was missing and several chips and scratches where on this "new" implement due to the poor choice of packaging. A wooden skid or crate is necessary to properly ship tractor implements without damage. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement cotter pin. They claim Titan is out of cotter pins and that I can go out and purchase one and ask for a reimbursement, placing the burden back on me, the customer. I strongly suspect Titan has plenty of cotter pins available, but would rather not pay the shipping and handling associated with fixing their mistake.

Shipping was fast but the welds were pretty bad. Ended up grinding out the welds on the top brackets and rewelded them. The holes on the bottom brackets were about 3/16 to low so had to cut them off and move them up. After all that it works great! Lol

Item seems well made. No instructions on mounting forks to base and it was difficult. Forks delivered but base not received until 2 weeks later. Luckily fedex man was nice and helped me lift it. Not packaged or mounted to anything. Very heavy.

The Forks are great. That being said , it took over a month to actually receive the complete product. The forks without the frame came after a week. A month later the quick attach frame came. Thank goodness I was able to barrow my neighbors quick attach fork system to do some of the work I needed done during that month long wait. It’s unfortunate that seems to be a reoccurring problem for people who order Titan products. If someone is in a hurry, then they might want to consider biting the bullet and pay more for a similar product that can be delivered in a timely manor. I would recommend Titan beef up their on hand inventory considerably. That’s all that keeps me from giving the company a perfect review. It just makes good business sense. If you don’t have it on hand, then you risk losing a sale, or costing others down time. (“Time is money after all”)

Attached the stump bucket to my tractor and went to back up with the bucket in the soil, the bucket came loose from the quick attach. It seems the bucket is very loose on the quick attach, I am going to take it off and let a friend of mine attach it to his skid steer to see if that makes a difference before looking into warranty.

The attachment alone is great however, the way it was packaged for shipping was not the best and subsequently in shipping was damaged. We are currently working on getting the damaged piece replaced.

Unit very well built and heavy duty but needs some work on putting non swivel tires and also needs a better way to raise deck higher off the ground and more than 3inches

Decal was poorly installed so I peeled it off. I then applied GoofOff to remove adhesive residue and discovered that the gloss black paint on the Titan wire spooler came right off. And I also found that there is no primer underneath this cheap finish coat, so time will tell how long the paint will hold up before it begins to rust. This product is advertised as having black powder coating finish, which is false advertising, or if it actually is powder coating, it was incorrectly applied.

the radius on the top hook was incorrect. I had to grind down the top of the lower pin to get to slide throught the hole
