The stump puller is great. It does everything you & YouTube said it would. Too bad your delivery company saw fit to dump it, on its pallet, in the ditch line 10' off a road, 250 yds from the house it was supposed to be delivered to. If they couldn't get it off the truck, I could have used the forks I bought from Titan last year. All they had to do is drive up the nice wide driveway.

I have found the product (Quick Hitch) to be of good quality. Being that I am a first-time tractor owner, I had some questions regarding the quick hitch because I couldn't get it work both of my Frontier implements (RB2072 and RC2048) without having to unbolt and re-bolt the top hook in different positions. Doing that hardly made switching implements quick. I sent an email to their support email address asking if I was doing things correctly, and thinking since they sell lots of these, they may have suggestions for me. I never heard back from them. After googling the topic extensively, this seems to be a common issue, and one common solution is to modify your implements to make them all work properly. I did find a replacement top hook that is an inch smaller than the one that came with the Titan. If the hole pattern on it matches the Titan hole pattern, I will purchase it for $40 off of Amazon as I think that will resolve my issue. My main issue was that the top hook is 5 1/4" tall, and the spacing on my rear blade implement is 5". This meant that I had to move my top bushing to a new location, higher than normal, which puts me out of sync with my other implement. I'm hoping the new hook will resolve my issue. Other than the "no response" from their support, the product seems good and well worth the price.

I bought a core aerator unit on back order when it arrived the feet on the unit were damaged in shipping. The day of arrival took pictures and sent to support team. They have been good about trying to help but not able to send me two new feet. Today I was able to find a fabricator and will forward a price when I get it. Aerator works great but I have had to do alot of running around for something that is not my fault.

We received the Attachment and it was an inch off from locking into our New Holland Tractor. We had to notch the steel to make it fit. Other than that the experience was 5 star!

Box was damaged when it arrived. Top pin mount is so bent I couldn’t put a bushing in it. Paint was scratched and chipped all over the place.

Fast shipment and a well-built set of forks for use on my tractor. The only let-down was They are built in China, what's the deal here I thought ordering Titan was made in the USA.

so far so good, I watched lots of videos on YouTube before buying the chipper and it's everything people say about it. make sure to have a handful of shear bolts on hand because you will need them. if you treat it right it will treat you right. very heavy duty. it doesn't like small twigs or leafs but if you feed other stuff along with it it will chip it up just fine. but before you buy this chipper or another brand make sure your tractor can handle it. my tractor is 35HP so it can handle it just fine

Bought the hay spear. Did not come with all the nuts needed to attach the cat 1 hook ups. The attachment does not lift the bale off the ground. I have a good two foot lift. Went out and bought a shorter upper link. It's a little better but not much.

The two packages of 5 each of the 3.5" frails survived the delivery process, but two of the cast frails had deep gouges out on the cutting side as though they were used and just repainted. Half moon, dime size gouges where major grinding was necessary to correct them.

Everything looks good, except that when you put the forks on the mass, at the end of the forks, they don’t sit even.

Not enough information on dimensions of attachments. Would say this is your #1 complaint, and returns. Your products are above average, but trying to get information on attachments, is well below average. As far as returns I find it more cost effective to have attachments modified locally then paying for restocking and shipping fees.

Ordered a replacement Cylinder for a Grapple that I had purchased several years ago. Received an email the following day stating my package was labeled and awaiting pick up. After a week of no tracking updates I contacted customer service and they had no idea the status of my package. Was told they would locate and get back with me within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I called back again and still no updates, was told it would be 24-48 hrs for an update, but if not shipped within 2 days they would cancel order. It finally did ship in 2 days and I received a few days after it finally shipped. Happy with the product but a lot of confusion in the shipping process.

Your disc worked beautifully... Up until it threw a disc. The outside rear disc loosed up and eventually came off. In the process, the wobbly disc messed up the threads on the spindle. The front row has jamb nuts to prevent this, but not the rear set. Disappointed. I have a die ordered to chase the threads and purchased nylon locking nuts for all locations to prevent.

The landscape grader arrived in good shape and works fine. However, it was sent on a single small pallet with a metal cage-like frame. The little pallet made it impossible to offload from the 18 wheeler with their pallet mover. We had to drag it toward the back of the trailer using a chain and a tractor so it could be lowered with the trailer's hydraulic gate. A simple fix would have been a larger pallet to begin with.
