Three stars are generous. The quality of this product is low. Most of the grating is held on not by welds but by paint as the welds have melted through the 16ga wire. So the wire sticks up on the end and makes it next to impossible to slide things on it. More on the welds, as other reviews state they must be ground down in order for the holes to line up. Also there is sections that the weld has melted through the base metal leaving a hole instead of a weld. The paint will flake off during installation. It looks like it’s powder coated as it’s thick. As is the weld slag that wasn’t cleaned off before paint but the paint flakes off at the touch of other metal. The fasteners are not graded fasteners nor is the finishing quality decent. While you’re holding the grates in the air you’re arguing with the nut trying to get it on as the end of the bold is not chamfered so the threads are raw on the ends making it even more difficult to line up the nut. Also they only expect you to hold the weight on one fastener per leg, not being graded I’m sure the shear weight is not 400lbs as advertised. Another note on fasteners. I bought two of these grates. One package had three extra bolts and the other was lacking two. Proper installation of fasteners says to atleast put a washer on the head side of the bolt. Between both kits I might have received 9 flat washers. Who knows what they were supposed to be for as there were no instructions included. A quick search on the web provided instructions but they say to put together on the ground and flip it over and install to ceiling. Not sure who thought that was brilliant as the thing weighs over 100lbs and is 8 feet long. To do it like that you will need a fork lift or 3 people. Also if you plan to install on the ceiling you will need to buy lag bolts to your liking as the kit only comes with concrete anchors. Not sure who has a concrete ceiling but they won’t do you any good in wood rafters or metal rafters. Though they arrived a week before designated time the boxes were absolutely destroyed. The corners were completely ripped open. So what’s the good? Well it for sure holds 200 lbs. though it bends in the middle at that weight. They are mostly painted black so it looks pleasing until you get close and see the rust spots. And I received them within 5 days of ordering. So there are your three stars. Safe yourself 5 hours of installation time per grate (I was by my self) and spend the extra $30 and knock off the shipping and just get the husky grates. They are more sturdy and come with the proper fasteners and actual powder coating and rounded grates. Most of all they come with instructions a one man operation can handle.

Only issue was my item kept getting delayed. It was delayed 3 times and cost my business time and money. I would give 5 stars if they were honest about lead time.

Attachment came in and levers where so bent that it’s wasn’t usable! Had to take apart n repair them so I could use it! I know a category 2 hitch is heavy but package it better! I forgot it came from china!

It works and is good for the money,but assembly wasn't the easies. No paper instructions just a pdf, which works but it assumes steps and the pictures in the instructions are not clear enough. Had to look at the photos of the unit online to see how the drum drive clutches went on the ends of the shaft. The rubber piece and the piece of angle iron that should go with it were not mentioned in the instructions, so I assembled it the way it made sense to me. The agitator pieces inside the hopper that are driven from the drum, no matter how tight you made the 2 bolts always disengage /lift from the drum, added 2 self tappers next to the bolts to tension it down, it has worked wonders now. Value great, but instructions could be a lot more in-depth.

The product itself seems to be built pretty good. But the shipping could have been a heck of a lot better. The forks and the quick attach piece came separately. They were not on a pallet nor were they packaged at all. The quick attach piece was bent when in received the piece and scratched all up. None the less the piece of equipment works as it should!

The manual online is NOTHING. The latches to hold the implement on are not stable or good. The pto came off on first use. Had to go to hardware store for replacement bolts. Overall not that great

I thought they would have some kind of welded tab across the middle on the bottom side to keep the extensions from bouncing up and off while carrying equipment. But I've only just looked at them and haven't had an opportunity to use them yet. I'll let you know when I do.

Shopping was easy and delivery was fast. Would have given it five stars, however, the ballast box arrived with chipped paint and was rusty in some spots. It's just a ballast box so I'm not too worried. I will have to sand it and spray paint it to keep it from continuing to rust.

I had a relatively smooth ordering process with Titan, but unfortunately, the shipping experience was quite disappointing. Initially, Titan promptly shipped my item and provided me with a delivery date and tracking number, which was reassuring. However, the next day, I received a notification informing me that the delivery date had been changed due to shipper delays. While I understood that delays can happen, I remained optimistic. According to the tracking information, the packages were on schedule and were supposed to be delivered on the adjusted delivery date. I made arrangements to be at home during the delivery time to ensure I would receive the package. However, to my dismay, the delivery did not arrive on the specified date, even after the delivery time had passed. Feeling frustrated, I decided to investigate the matter. My communication with Titan did not provide any additional information beyond what I already knew from the tracking details. After extensive internet searches and several unfruitful calls, I managed to reach a live person after navigating through numerous automated responses from the shipping company. To my surprise, I was informed that I was supposed to initiate contact with them to set up a delivery date and time. This requirement was never communicated to me during the ordering and shipping process. It was disheartening to discover that an essential step for securing the delivery of my product had been overlooked. Once I completed the necessary step and arranged a new delivery date, the package was finally delivered the following day. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule all my previous appointments and stay home for an additional day, incurring significant costs for what was supposed to be a free shipping service. I believe it is crucial for companies like Titan to ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the entire ordering and shipping process. This includes providing explicit instructions and requirements to customers so that they can take the necessary steps to secure the delivery of their products. Moreover, responsive customer service is vital in resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive customer experience. The inconvenience and financial implications resulting from the delayed delivery and subsequent rescheduling of my appointments were highly frustrating. I strongly believe that it is essential for Titan to be made aware of this issue so that they can improve their processes and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

My original order I was shipped the wrong item. It was relatively easy to get a replacement but I lost over a week in getting it shipped to me. Expedited shipping for their mistake would have been appreciated. I did express that I needed the item asap.

Fast service, advertised powdered coating on frame, but when not protected for shipping and delivery guy dropped it off back of truck and banged it all up and bent, so it doesn’t really matter what it’s painted with. Edge where forks slide have a pretty good burr and will have to file off so I can adjust forks. So glad they were on sale.

Please be advised that the box looked like it went though a war. Needless to say 2 pins and safety clips were missing along with the lifting hook.

Paint is peeling off / flaking off. Like the metal was not prepped correctly before painting. Very displeased with finishing on frame. Went with the better frame and got the standard instead of the economy one. Thinking i was buying a better product but unfortunately i was not happy about the finish

Well after calling titan to help size my fine grade Skelton rock grapple I’m unhappy to say the 72” is to heavy for my machine. The sixty in wouldof been the perfect size and weight. 1st time using the 72” I almost rolled my L4330. Wish I was better advised !!
