Bolt missing and tray is bent from shipping, box was destroyed, paint chip in one of the corners and last but not least scratches on the legs of the work bench. But it is a good bench !!

Lock handles and mechanism are cheap, mine came in damaged. Rod attached to handle pin bent and misaligned. Titan sent out replacement pin. Had to cut out old pin (shaped like a boomerang) so unable to punch it out. Hole misaligned so I had to drill actuator rod( that's why pin was bent, they just made it go to get it off the assembly line) install pin and re paint. Now it works but I didn't pay for a scratch and dent model.

This is the second set of forks that I have purchased from Titan. The forks are great.....communication regarding shipping was less than desirable. The website states items over 150 lbs are shipped freight. Based on this, I had it shipped to a friend's business where he receives freight trucks regularly. Instead, the forks were shipped in 3 separate FedEx packages. Each item (forks x2 and frame) was shipped as an individual package. The forks were delivered at the same time, the frame was not delivered for several more days. If I had known that it would be shipped FedEx, I would have shipped it to my house. And why would you ship 300 lbs via FedEx vs freight carrier?!?! All items were shipped unwrapped with a FedEx sticker plastered on them. The frame was received with wear on it from rubbing against something else. I get that it is just pallet forks but still....!!! Great forks, poor execution.

The spreader comes with a piece of paper with a link to online instructions, however, the link is bad. There is a link to the instructions on the page tho. The instructions need help. Page 6 Steps 2 and 3 instruction content and pictures are the same and shouldn't be. The titles of the two steps are different tho. Nowhere in the instructions do you attach the rubber strip and the 90deg angle and it should be one of those two steps. Also, there are no good assembly drawings of the clutch on each wheel, so that is fun to figure out, the operating instruction pictures of the finished product helped me there. In the long run, I was able to assemble it without calling for help. The spreader is solid and works well! 5 stars for that!

The package came with concrete anchor bolts instead of lag bolts. One run to the hardware store to solve the problem. It seems like someone cut the brace too short and try to use a lot of welds to hold it together to the main frame. Two out of three panels have the same issue. I also need to grind off some excess weld like other reviewers mentioned to pull the panels together. One of the welds that hold the mesh to the main frame comes off.

Horrible order tracking; very slow shipping--fed ex is awful; item shipped 3 separate pieces all unwrapped/unprotected from careless staff; attractive final price lured me in; time will tell re pallet fork performance/durability, after I paint the scratches. TYPICAL EXPERIENCE IN AMERICA THESE DAYS--NOBODY CARES.

I read the statement in listing that it might be missing a pin since it was scratch and dent. Although there’s not a single indication the pins were ever attached. No wonder it was cheaper. It appears the parts were purposely left off to put it in clearance listings.

Upon arrival of the attachment I was looking it over found a hose was damaged. Could of happened in transit or miss handling when putting it in the crate. Overall I think it might a good piece of equipment when I get a new hose. I left a email but no response on what is next.

Bought a scratch and dent item. Nice product but didn't realize it had missing parts. Titan would not replace missing parts.

Our issue was with the delivery. We live less than 1/10 of a mile off the highway. We had plenty of room to turn the truck around. The driver refused to come up our driveway. (Note: We have had transfer trucks pulling our 60 foot modular home halves, one with our basement panels, my daughter’s modular home valves, two cranes to lift all of this onto foundations, trucks pulling long trailers with excavation equipment on them. No one was unable to maneuver here.) Driver was rude and let me know he hated his job and was gonna find a job driving a garbage truck. He also told me I was a liar bc I told him he wouldn’t get stuck. We had a couple small showers the day before, but our soil is Sandy and on a hill so it was dry. He left the attachment just inside the driveway. Would suggest you find a more reliable company who uses drivers who can do more than stop in the middle of the road and unload.

Your return policy. I can buy your iteam from Amazon Prime and have to difficultly returning it. Next time I would use them, way better customer service.

Only problem is with the (scratch and dent ) Need to let the customer know what parts are missing that make the product usable The product purchase had many missing vital parts and should have been sold for parts only ! Customer Service did what they could ..no fault to them

Bolts sent seem to be too long, Delivery box had holes in it upon arrival. Other than that, received as expected.

My first order from titan was a set of pallet forks and a frame and I was very happy. One hundred percent five star service. A couple days after I placed that order I ordered two additional implements. After a few days with no confirmation of the order I called customer service. I was first told that I did not have an order. That if i'm further investigation she told me that she found the order on another system but it didn't transfer to the system it needed to be on yet. She couldn't tell me if or when this would happen. The only suggestion she had was wait a few days and see. Unfortunately I need to design for an immediate job so after a couple more days I gave up and purchased locally.

Ok, this is the fourth or fifth Titan product that I have purchased. The products have all been great no issues. However, the initial delivery date given to me for this shipment was the date Saia, the pickup carrier, delivered to my regional carrier US Special Delivery. It took several days for US Special to be able to acknowledge they even had the item. I know this is beyond Titan's control, but PLEASE provide a more realistic delivery date than the hand-off date to the next carrier.

Received the part, probably once assembled found that the upper hitch .1 bracket was Miss made still waiting on a part. Haven’t heard when you’re going to get it they wanted me to have it made locally, which I thought that was pretty absurd.

every thing come packaged and asembled as it should but when i hooked up to my bush hog it would run backwards, still working on it will have to call to find out if the motor is the wrong one, the stub shaft keeps comeing lose on the motor all it is held on with is a tiney set srew
