Very poor packaging caused the first unit to arrive damaged. The replacement was shipped promptly but it too arrived packaged poorly and scratched badly. Please work on better shipping methods

The pallet forts are a nice unit in all, and would be great for light duty, however, they are not suitable for construction. We had put it on a Bobcat T595 after we just got it, we had to dig under a pallet to lift it, and upon doing so the bottom rail bent causing the fork to come off. We did reach out to Titan, and they responded very fast but we were told it wasn't used correctly.

Great equipment, however they do not deliver to your house only driveway entrance which if you have .5 mile driveway is problematic. They do not make exceptions. Also no manuals come with the equipment so you have to look for them on line

Well built,only one problem. The spear did not fit, not enough treads. Luckily, my 3 pt. uses the same type spear. I was able to swap them out and both work. The 3 pt. has a longer sleave.

It probably should be lower. I bought a scratch and dent item, assuming it was scratched or dented, not missing parts. I gave them a 3 instead of a 1 because it had to be partially my fault. It is misleading to sell things that are unusable except for parts, in my opinion, without saying that. :Live and learn what names you can trust, and which you cannot trust. Of course, I did not immediately open the item, and therefore I could not return it, but the return policy for defective items/missing items should not be you pay when they ship you junk either. If you sell something defective and make a customer pay, that does not reflect well on you. Sad too because I purchased around 5000 in equipment and the 100 item left me with a very bad taste for the business.

Shipping was reasonable and timely; condition after shipment was good; majority of the nuts, bolts, and washers came loose in the packaging (was a miracle that I found all of the little pieces); product looks good but will not know how it performs until later when we get moved to our new home, uncrate & assemble, and use for the first time (that could be months from now). Hoping for a positive outcome. Titan was easy to deal with. Will rate the product after use, at which time my rating may change.

sorry about my last review. I was thinking of another order. Part of this order did get lost for a time. The shipper said the label was damaged. I did get what I ordered. It was just a little late.

Love the chipper, everything I thought it would be. Fast shipping, had it within 4 days of placing order. Was not happy with price match policy as chipper price dropped two times within days of my ordering and Titan has a 24 hour price match policy which is ridiculous...

There needs to be instructions for assembly. The QR code says “coming soon” pretty self explanatory but the driveshaft needs a tag showing the removal of the bolts to seat the slip it side securely. I didn’t t realize this and has the shaft come off mid mow.

The wheels seem very well-built, however, all of the sleeves and circlip on one wheel assy were missing from the packaging due to the cardboard not being sufficient to handle shipping such a heavy product. Once I have manufactured new sleeves and gone to Tractor Supply to purchase a new clip I will update my review on its performance. Having to amend, modify, manufacture or repurchase necessary items for the use of a new implement is very disappointing. Please relay this info to your warehouse for future transactions. I would be willing to pay the extra 50c in the sales price to ensure complete delivery so I needn’t spend hours and dollars making the implement work.

First parts order was lost by FedEx. Not Titan's fault. Reorder took more than a month because out of stock. When it finally was shipped after I had to call, it was short out of ten items. Box was damaged from FedEx but didn't lose contents, just short. Titan made it right by refunding me money, happy for that. Has just been a frustrating experience for me. I think you need to find a different shipper than FedEx.

I had expected the attachment to be able to rake up roots left by the person who cleared my land, but it just piles up dirt. It seems to clear underbrush.
