The box it was shipped in was broken up and then you turn around and put it on sale for a hundred dollars cheaper than I just paid

Received item later than was told. The flat iron that runs over the top of the mask was bent down on one side more so than the other. The rest of it looks good!

Im happy with the stump bucket and Pallet forks/mast I bought. I didn't like that the shipping cost was separated from the handling so they could claim "Free shipping". +$75 for handling. They also don't insure their packages as part of the cost either. If you wan't your package insured thats an additional fee. And lastly I had a coupon code for an additional 5% off. I assumed that meant 5% off the 2 items I ordered excluding tax, "handling", insurance... but it still somehow only knocked off around 3%. What seemed like a great deal at first turned out not to be as competitively priced by the time I checked out. I wen't for it anyways though because I liked the design of the stump bucket

I like the equipment but this is the third skid steer attachment I have received (tree Shear, tree puller) and now an 84" Extreme Root Grapple with leaking hydraulic couplers. The previous 2 had one leaking coupler each this one both leaked. Tightening does not fix the problem. I have to go through the mess and irritation of removing the coupler and resealing it. Despite this one of the couplers I'd still dripping hydraulic fluid. Very inconvenient. Does anyone check the equipment before it is sent out?

The product works but it came in two shipments and there were no instructions because you guys assumed it would be shipped assembled. When I sent a message to support they insisted the product was shipped assembled. It would also help to have a video on how to best load and unload the assembled frame & forks and the best lubrication to use to slide the forks. I was very frustrated as a first time user.

Box Packaging was taped all over as a result of the weight of the product and most likely being thrown around on a truck.

I was using it on another titan product (trailer hitch plate) I had to modify it but cutting with a torch to get it to fit.

I purchased this item to eliminate my 2 1/2" to 2" reducer to try and reduce the rattle. With the 2 1/2" shank, that part does rattle less. However, the holes drilled into the receiver where the pins go through to raise and lower the balls are drilled about 1/8" larger than the pin This allows for too much movement of the balls and causes a significant rattle. The holes through the part attached to the balls are snug. This would have been a 5 star review had the holes in the receiver been the same size as the holes in the flat bar the balls are welded to.

Terrible packaging! You have to cover the ends of the teeth or double wall the box. Both times the box arrived cut open from the pointed ends of the teeth.

Purchased a set of pallet forks for my tractor. They shipped out only the back piece and never gave FedEx the 2 forks. After 2 weeks of waiting and FedEx saying it was undeliverable because they never received the packages, the rep from Titan, Grace told me she would need approval for a replacement because I had not purchased the "shipping insurance" they offer. What insurance would I need to cover a shipment they never sent? Ultimately, they did finally send out the 2 forks and I did receive them which is why they received a 3 star and not a 1 star review.

Mower seems to be okay. PTO shaft is a joke. Can't get it to slide by hand. Need a hammer and vise to get it apart

Unit came missing a couple of metric set screws, call customer service will still be waiting years from now for two screws. The aerator is pretty good my only real complaint is it's a bit light for my clay soil which is why I purchased it. This attachment should have welded weight racks attached to it for additional weight.

The backhoe attachment overall is pretty nice quality, however right out of the box, one of the pins bolt holes does not line up correctly and I can only get the bolt in a couple turns, and another pin was missing a grease fitting. I took pics at the time of assembly if you want to see them. One suggestion however, I would make the buckets sturdier. Compared to the rest of the attachment, they are pretty cheesy. I’ve only used mine a couple times and already bent it pretty good. So far that seems to be the only part of the attachment that can’t stand up to the power of my machine.

Forks seem nice however the pins do not line up appropriately with the tractor pins so as of now I have been unable to attach the frame to my tractor.

I didn’t know I would have to arrange to meet the driver somewhere to transfer the pallet to my pickup because the 18 wheeler could not deliver to residence. I am 63 and disabled. You need to be more specific about shipping. I will never do that again.
