Trying to resolve an issue with the frame hooking up to my loader. Pin location is off on 1 pin by 3/16”. Other side alignment is correct 🤷‍♂️

the atttacnment works fine but looks like it has been used for a couple years, half the paint is missing on it fast shipping and was easy to order online

The attachment works great but had to grind down the pins about an 1/8 of an inch to get it to fit on my tractor that it was supposed to fit on

Well built, sturdy, but the stabilizer spears need to be at least a foot longer than they are. Bales roll after pickup just the same as cheaper built attachments available locally. Unfortunate, because QUALITY of this spear far exceeds competitors. If stabilizer spears were longer, would be an easy 4 or 5 stars.

This was a birthday Christmas present for my husband and our third purchase of high-priced equipment. I should have waited to purchase during the Black Friday sale. I would have saved $600.00-live and learn. The trucking company would not schedule an appointment only giving a time frame of 08:00 to 17:00. I could track the truck's location with continuously changing dropoff times. Delivery was at 17:00, and the driver stated that he had moved the container several times during his deliveries. That said, I would have thought that container would have been dropped off first—snow is currently on the ground. Trimmer lawn mower not used yet. This experience, the husband states, never again.

Forks seem decent and arrived in MN within 8 days. Prices may vary. I did not receive the discount for signing up for Text Messages, and their advertised price was reduced days after I ordered.

Everything was good except they put shipping label over the titan name and it all ripped off when pulled shipping label off

Pro: The USA made pallet fork seems very well built and functional. I really do like them. Con: I was surprised when Pallet forks got delivered they were not wrapped or protected in anyway lots of scratches and fully removed paint with bare metal. That was disappointing.

The Titan grapple attachment is well made. However, I would not likely order from this company again because of the shipping problems we experienced. The company who was supposed to deliver it to our home refused to go down our county maintained rock road (this road has log trucks that regularly travel up and down it). They also made absolutely no effort to make it convenient for us to get the equipment we had ordered. We had to drive 120 miles total to pick up the grapple at the shipping facility in Ocala, fl. They also refused to allow us to pick it up on any day other than a weekday, so this forced me to have to take a day off from work in order to travel and pick up the equipment. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a shipping company. And the employee I spoke with at the shipping facility was rude.

It’s heavy, it’s stout and hopefully I can install on my Case 580D backhoe. After receiving the thumb and researching instillation a little more I read my boom maybe ductile iron and not suitable for welding. I need to do more research before proceeding. Lesson learned.

Product is heavy duty and performs as expected. The reason for the markdown is because of shipping. Forks were shipped appropriately and well packaged. The frame was not. Packed in a single layer cardboard box that was significantly damaged on arrival. The pins obviously fell out because they were not there upon unboxing. I contacted customer service and they said 3-5 business days to process and you might get them in a few weeks. I had to go buy pins to use the forks. Very disappointed in the customer service when the problem wasn’t my fault.

Haven't used it yet but definitely could use a little better engineering on stand. Had to come back to order other necessary parts but on back order until December. When shipped, delivery was made at highway entrance and not driveway.

I understand that with all shipping/freight there can be issues. With that said I know for a fact that your packaging is very marginal. It was designed for shipping some very light weight items. Poor packaging at best.

The pallet fork attachment fit and functioned as it should. However, it was shipped without any type of packaging and paint was damaged along the edges in several places.

The product looks well-made. I have not been able to use it because unlike what I was told by the Titan staff, it does not fit a more quick attach it required purchasing a $200 plus adapter.
