I received it pretty quickly. But when it arrived the holes for the receiver were off. So I had to drill them out. I made it work. But I should’ve had so do anything. Other than that awesome.

Quality of my pallet forks seem good. Biggest issue is the quality of the shipping/delivery process. I only received the pallet frame and one single fork. My second fork is somehow delayed and I am still waiting its arrival.

I suppose Titan did ok but FedEx dropped the ball terribly....item was shipped back to seller as damaged and undeliverable. I know FedEx attempted delivery to my address at least 3 times but I suspect the female drivers i saw couldn't lift it. .....male driver finally unloaded a second shipment. Titan may have a problem with FedEx...

The person who delivered my tractor forks chipped the concrete step leading to my house. This damaged the product as well. Also, the product had paint chipping around the edges indicating that it was previously used before I bought it. I was under the impression that I was buying a brand new product and not a used item.

The item definitely did not fit the box. And because of that, it got pretty banged up and scratched during shipping by the time I received it.

Left and right latching handles were not adjusted and left side nut was missing.. Had to completely adjust both sides..

Would have been 5 star but the manual stated it was fully assembled but I had to bolt on the top link plates the jack stand the depth adjusters and the PTO shaft in that order But I could not attach the PTO shaft until I disassemble top link plates back off and removed the shield so I could start and torque the bolt that hold the PTO shaft in place Needs to be a big change in your full assembly/not assembled instructions I would think that would be a big safety concern considering the dangers and harm that a PTO shaft can do if not properly attached and torqued

I like the attachment, but the item was shipped to the wrong location initially, then I was told a replacement was in route, I called several weeks later to be told the item is on back order. When the item finally arrived it was damaged but usable.

Flail mower delivered over a week ago in a wood create and left in my driveway. To date, the flail has not left the wood box it came in due to the fact that the 3rd point of contact that needs to be installed arrived underneath the 600 lb mower. Customer Support has not been helpful in determining how to lift the mower so the upper 3rd point can be installed. Very frustrated with the lack of response and solutions to Titans packing and shipping process.

Lot of chips on the paint on this recent order. I know it will get some with use but shouldn’t be that way from the start.

The rolling work table below the top is pretty sturdy! The top is very thin sheet metal that can be bent by leaning on it! The top was bent when i removed it from the shipping box and i had to straighten at several places!

The 3 point attachment I ordered was delivered with no packaging and it was all scraped up but you folks helped out and gave me some money back for the inconvenience

The tray was dented in a couple of places so that was unfortunate but I like using the unit it’s stable and adjustable and holds a lot of weight. Maybe you guys can pack them with more insulation when you ship them so they do don’t get dented
