Hitch pin hole was not drilled all the way through. Pin would go in only one side. Had to purchase a 5/8 drill bit to finished the other hole.

Quick delivery, frame is very well built. Main spear is questionable to be rated at 3,000 lbs. I should have upgraded to 4,500 lbs on the main spear. Frame was delivered completely open, unboxed and missing one of the lower lift stepped pins.

The website and Attachements are great. The customer service is not quite there. When my attachement showed up it was missing the 2 very inexpensive pins that were clearly shown in the pictures. When I called about the issue the agent did not speak english very well and did not know the product very well. when I asked about the missing pins, that were lost in transit. I know this because the bag that contains the pins was still attached to the attachemt frame. The agent tried to tell me I had not ordered the fork pins. I wanted the frame retention pins. Talk about lost in translation.

Attachment is great. The freight delivery service was great. But they were not able to deliver because of the size of the trucks they have and I had to go to them to pick up. I would recommend more info of delivery be gotten on the front end.

The product itself I haven't tested but just looking at the packaging I'm concerned with the condition it's in. It looks careless the way they packaged it. Rips and tears cover the whole box.

My order has not been completed. I am waiting for the second pallet fork to be delivered. The first ONE arrived a couple of days after ordering, with a notation on the label "1 of 2". The stabilizer bar arrived a couple of days later. I called Titan Customer Service, was told something about "the shipping label barcode* was missing(?). Still waiting for SECOND fork. The pieces that I got appear to be great equipment.

It seems like it's built well but. The attachment arm bends before the spring flexes. If I don't tie the hose up to rod it snags on the quick attach release levers and then bends the rod.?

The grapple bucket I bought is made well but it isn’t made to be used for a skid loader! The hydraulic lines are 6’ long and should be shorter or a place on the bucket to secure them. I also broke 3 couplings in a week when the grapple opens all the way up it hits the couplings on the machine. Now I have to modify the bucket so it opens all the way. Terrible engineering! I have less than an hour with this attachment on.

Too much modification was needed. Welded right on but hung way down below my bucket, any down pressure and bucket would pop off, had to spend a few days modding. Delivery was crisp and on time

Delivery needs To be improved my attachment was left 1/8 mile from my home, deliveries should be at the house not curbside!

Good price, seems to have to build integrity. Shipped quickly, only disappointment is the paint is chipped and scrapped off on a lot of the frame work.

After much thought i went ahead and purchased the economy pallet fork & frame for my john deere i ordeded this item on a saturday and by wenesday afternoon i recieved just the frame i assumed that it would arrive all on one pallet that was not the case the fork frame was sent out in a half wrapped cardboard box and it was just litterly dropped out of the fedex truck the forks them selfs were on a seperate shipment and had to wait until friday to recieve them and they werent even wrapped in anything just shipment stickers i guess thats what they ment by free shipping . love the quick shipments but would have liked to have everything together in one pallet instead of waiting 3 days until you can use it .

The Titan Rotary Tines were well made BUT the description should include the fact that they will not fit a tiller with PTO. Those tines are different. We had to do a return & the ones we need are Out Of Stock without an ETA for more coming.

I ordered two sets of chipping blades. Two boxes of the same size showed up, in one had one set of chipping blade, I open the other box and it has a set of USB charging cables for a bluetooth speaker. Both boxes have the right shipping lable and what Titan sent me in email. Called support, sent in some pictures and shipping info and in the end was able to get a refund for the missing set of chipping blades. The problem is I needed the two sets and now they are back ordered and I have to wait again to get back in stock. Product is fine, it will work great, just didn't get what I ordered.
