Timely but slightly damaged. Housing around hydraulic line dented/creased and will endanger chafing, cutting the line. Also not so pleased that only option for quick connects are 1/2 inch and that for $3k i have to go find my own hardware which was out of stock at tractor supply

Id love to give it 5 stars, built very strong but lacks the most simple detail of hole locations to be folded up when not in use. Beef design, terrible execution. Price is great, Shipping was fast but lack of instructions and terrible pin/ hole layout. Gonna need to modify it to fold it up like it should.

I was not informed of shipping. No tracking. Surprise delivery. The product is not as much a tree puller as it is a tree shear. It cuts the smaller trees off. It does work, just not well enough to be used as I would like.

First, let me say that the 175FLAIL seems to be performing well. The reason for the low rating is the way it was delivered. Most importantly, there was NO USER MANUAL! Hidden below the mower, where it could not be accessed without destroying the box it came in and physically moving the mower itself, was a QR code that would get you to a manual. Even then, the manual was labeled 155FLAIL rather than 175FLAIL, even though it covered 5 different models of flail mowers. It was shipped without gar oil. This fact was not mentioned in the manual on any of the pages dealing with use of the mower or adding/changing the gear oil. Nor was there any mention of how much oil was required (a useful thing to know when one goes to buy gear oil). In addition, I purchased this mower because I had earlier purchased a Titan quick hitch, which worked acceptably. The flail mower does not fit the quick hitch!

I am pleased with the unit itself. The crating is not adequate. There are chips & scrapes in the paint. It was hard to uncrate, due to the bent metal.

With in 15 minutes of moving some logs around welds came apart of the top guard. Extremely poor weld job. Looked like someone stuck bubble gum on it.

Product is great. Shipped product was split 2 parts. One part came immediately and email just said the product is delivered, no indication that part 2 is back ordered. Found out about it being back ordered after a call a week later. Called after it was listed as available again online. They told me the still didn't have enough for the back orders. Finally it came and looks good. Better/ clearer communication please. Thanks!

Quick delivery, but FedEx delivered it to my neighbor instead of my house built well, but the two adapters will not fit John Deere bucket, and it will not fit a WR Long grapple without Alterations. The John Deere hooking pin to skid steer style quick attach works good fit good.

The attachment was exactly what I needed, and it arrived on time. Unfortunately before I could use it the tractor stopped working and I needed to return the attachment. Well before buying read the return policy as it is very restrictive. The attachment has to be unused, you have to pay the return (expected as you should not put that burden on the company) and then which is the reason for the 3 stars you are penalized with a 20% restocking fee, excessive to say the least as these attachments are very expensive. In my case, between shipping and restocking fee it was better to keep the attachment I cannot use. Other than that as I mentioned the item was exactly what I asked and on time- 5 stars.

When I received my fork attachment the top was bent in shipping I guess. Still works but it was bent never the less. That’s why I rated a three. I’m not the kind of person that would send back as long as it worked.

The product does work and has made my life easier. It was manufactured wrong and does not fit on one side. Either it was warped or bent too short and will not allow the securing clamps.to engage on the right mount

My order arrived very quick. Was placed on a Tuesday and received on a Friday. Order was for a set of standard 42 inch pallet forks. The only problem was that 2 different size forks were sent, a 42 inch and a 36 inch. I had to call and have another 42 inch fork sent, which was and it only took a few extra days but it was kind of a hassle having to take pics and send them but at the end of it all I finally had my pallet forks. Not totally disappointed but a little Will order from again

The Middle Buster is solidly built, and needed minimal assembly to hang on the tractor. As some reviewers point out, it has the wrong length bolts for assembly. Not a showstopper for me, but it is sloppy considering this is a heavy duty, farm implement meant to last for years. Shipping was pretty fast, considering I am 2 blocks away from their shipping center and it got to my house in 25 hours. I could've crawled here quicker, but so it goes.

Product was fine but had bad experience with Fed X. Left frame next to road, 1100 feet from house. Did notify me of its location. Want use Fed X again UPS is better.

I ordered Titan pallet forks due to decent product reviews and a price that was what I considered reasonable in comparison to other options. The shipping was pretty fast although one fork came a couple of days later than the other two parts. The tracking info was kind of messed up so the poor Fed Ex guy got no help from me to unload 90lb parts due to delivery when I was not expecting it to be. They do seem to be made well. The welds are not perfect but acceptable for the price. One problem is they do not easily install on my quick tach loader. It fits, but I have to mess with it to get it to the right position to get the pins in the holes and clipped in. So far, for the price and how often I will use them they are acceptable.
