While I really like the products, order processing leaves a lot to desired. I placed a large order, $3500, which sat for 3 weeks, no explanation or status given on the website. I finally got in contact with a third rep that told me some tax info was missing. I email the info and the products arrived all within 3 days via freight and FedEx. Not once in those 3 weeks did anyone contact me for the missing info or give/show status updates. How hard can it be to send an email, txt, or call when there is a exception in order processing, it's not like the contact info was missing. 3 stars because the products are great, but the order processing was 0. Better luck next time, maybe!

Was excited after reading prior reviews about the quality of the open box equipment, was disappointed when when I received it. Box was destroyed, parts were missing, and the attachment looked like it had been used on a farm daily for 7 months. It works as it should so I have no complaints regarding its construction, just its handling by the prior owner. I knew this was a possibility when ordering, just disappointed based on other reviews.

60" standard duty Grapple I'm giving this 3 stars because not sure if I like it or not. I've been grinding and filing on it because it will not lock in place. It's getting close but still hard.Once I'm finished grinding I'll test out the hydraulics and after the locking issue I'm sure that they probbaly didn't chek system for leaks. It seems well built just wish I didn't have to waste my time fixing something that should have been checked at the factory.

The first order of the Ballast Box was shown shipped and I received no more notifiacations, nor did I receive the box. I contacted Titan and they researched and fojund the item lost in shipping. They offerred to refund the payment or reorder the box. I requested a reorder and this time received the ordered item. It was several weeks after the initial order, and was somewhat "banged up/scraped" on delivery, but is functioning well so far.

Looks functional. But general quality lacks. You would think they would line things up and square stuff up. I’m taking things like the access door mounted 1/4” higher than the frame it’s in and more than a 1/4” out of square in the opening. Cross bars not straight or square. Looks a bit like I built it in my garage. Painted not powered coated.

Received the wrong mower to begin with. Titan fixed the problem which was great that is why experience is not a 1.

Seems like a good product but haven't been able to use it yet due to the fact that the couplers were different from my tractor. This product needs to have a selection of couplers offered to the customer at the point of purchase. Only other issue so far is the tapped hole that secures the pin for the cylinder is cross threaded. Probably rereview it after use of the tool..

I misunderstood the product description and thought that 1 3 ment cat 1 to 3 thus ordered the wrong quick hitch for my 4240 JD. Fortunately I have a 3000 Ford that it will fit.

The attachment itself seems nice, except I can't get it out of the steel cage it arrived in until I can find someone to cut it apart. Also, tracking never updated. Shipping company didn't contact me prior to delivery or during delivery since I wasn't home and just dropped it where they wanted on my driveway in the metal cage that we can't move or access our attachment from. Hopefully you can work to make communication better between yourself, Shipper and the customer

Item arrived with lots of damage from carrier. The driver was slamming his forklift into it because it wasn't high enough to get under. He said he had to move it multiple times during his trip. I suggest shipping on a strong pallet and not upside-down. That was a pain to get flipped over.

Good- quick delivery Bad- Green on quick hitch isn’t even close to john deere green. Ballast box came all scratched up. If you ship something with no packaging you should send a can of spray paint with it.

While trying to contact customer service prior to the purchase and after the purchase, the wait time is over 40 minutes. My delivery window was between 8 AM and 3 PM. The stump grinder and the 6 foot snowblower were being delivered to a residential area. While the tractor trailer did have a liftgate, The truck would not fit down my driveway. A straight truck would have been able to deliver it to my house as I have a fairly long driveway. I did call the company the day before inquiring if the truck was going to have a liftgate, I should have asked what type of truck it would be. the metal crate for the stump grinder was intact with no issues. However, the metal crate for the snowblower was mangled extensively. I had to cut the metal apart instead of unbolting it in order to get the snowblower out of the crate. Only the protective shield on the drive shaft was damaged. Neither one of these products came with any owners manuals.

The attachment arrived fine but the box was shredded. Luckily the driver came back later with the top link he found loose in his truck. The condition of the box is a story around our shop.

I purchased from titan becasue of the free shipping offered. Unfortunately, Titan sent my order to a freight company that did not serve my area. My order sat in the freight company's warehouse for two weeks. No one from Titan or the freight company made any effort to complete the delivery. It wasn't until I cheked the tracking information that I realized no one was delivering my order and I complained. Titan then told me I would have to use my own truck to drive over an hour to the freight company and pick up the order myself. When I refused and wanted to cancel the order they scheduled delivery the following week. I still had to use my own forklift, meet the freight truck on the county road and unload the order myself. It worth mentioning that the order was shipped surrounded by a steel, angle-iron frame. The frame was bent and damged on every corner from shipping. In several places the bent angle-iron scratched the paint off the attachment. In one spot it rubbed on an exposed spindle and damaged the threads. If you use Titan's free shipping, you need to provide your own, truck, trailer, forklift and fuel. You'll have to track your order because they won't. And you'll need to allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. The attachment required assembly. With each piece weighing over 400 pounds, assembly can only be done if you have a way to lift the pieces, move them into position, and assemble them while suspended. The attachment itself is well made, of good quility and works well. I was able to make use of two price reductions that made the purchase seem like a good deal. However, I could have easily purchaed a fully-assembled one, of similar quality, from a local vendor that offers free shipping, and been using it weeks earlier. The price and quality of the attachment were good. Sadly, Titan's policies, choice of freight companies, and poor customer service made the purchase needlessly difficult and prolonged. I do not recommend this company.

3 point hitch, 47" snowblower. First, it was painful to see the snowblower discounted by $800 within 1-1/2 weeks of when I purchased it. The lowest discounted price was about $1600. I paid considerably more. Second, this was a freight delivery and Titan specified that the freight line didn't have to contact me for delivery. Since I live about 3 hours from the delivery site, this was a problem. Thankfully, the freight company was helpful (they tried delivery once, with no notification, but rescheduled delivery so that I could be at the delivery site). Next, the snowblower looks good, and once I have gear oil in the gearbox, I will get it running. Last, I have tried to register the snowblower for warranty, but haven't been successful. I don't know if I would buy from Titan Attachments again.

The grapple showed up via truck transport and was left on the road edge with part of the pallet on the white line of the county road. Two of the zerk fittings were loose (not even finger tight) and the hydraulic splitter coupling wasn't tightened and leaked when pressurized. All concerns were easily fixed and the grapple works great. I have a lot clearing project and this will be extremely handy for handling brush and roots.

The stump bucket seems to work well on my jd3025, however the majority of the welds are junk, I'm sure with extended use I will have to grind and reweld the bucket as ghi break.
