I ordered a pallet fork attachement for my tractor loader from Titan. It was shipped out right away and the quality of the product seems fine but I have not used it yet. The shipping is where I had issues. The box it came is was all beat up and torn open in several places. One edge of the main rack (where the box was torn open) was scratched down to the metal. Titan did give me 10% off for the damage which I felt was acceptable but then recommended that I should pay for the shipping insurance to cover instances like this. My opionion is I shouldn't have to pay for insurance to cover basic shipping. I believe they need to improve the packaging. I standard cardboard box does not provide enough protection for a 100 lb metal rack. Also, they should consider using someone other then Fed Ex for shipping. They are the worst shipping company. I should have refused delivery from Fed Ex when they first dropped it off but didn't really know the proper process at the time.

Everything would have been great if all the pieces had come with the original order. And when I sent a complaint about it the support department took five days to get back to me.

The tool worked as it should. The package again was damaged. The tool was scratched. To put the weight of the tool in a cardboard box I think is crazy. I was able to talk to customer service. They told me that I should have payed to make sure that my tool would be delivered safely. The tool should be packaged differently so I don’t have to pay for it to arrive safely to my destination.

I tried several times to get information on how much 90 weight oil to put in the gearbox. I never got an answer . The responses were not even for the equipment that I was asking about.

I am very pleased with the table brackets. They are waiting heavier and sturdier than I expected. I haven't assembled the workbench I'm building with them yet, but I'm sure they will be good. The shipping was fast, however the box arrived completely destroyed and wrapped in plastic wrap to hold it together. The brackets were a littles scratched but ok. The only thing I wish were different would be if they were made with square holes for carriage bolts instead of round holes.

Not satisfied with the way the frame fits on my 1025R. It’s not a perfect fit, have to hit it with a hammer to make it go on. I’d all titan attachments fit this way, then I will not purchase another one.

I'm not totally happy with the adapter plate, when I put it on the mini skid steer, it seems OK once I put a full size skid steer attachments on and pick it up, the plate doesn't hold.

Problems with your order system not accepting my delivery address meant I had to call in and place the order over the phone. The phone order went smoothly and the suitcase weight cart was shipped promptly. However, before the order had even arrived I received an email of a price drop on that very item of ~40%. This did not make me happy. I was also disappointed to find that the cart would not connect with the GWT VersaBracket 3pt weight rack. The 2" square tube doesn't sit high enough above the carts horizontal bar so the weights keep it from engaging the 3pt rack securely. If you want pictures let me know. As it is I had to take the weights of the 3pt rack and put them on the cart when the goal was to get the rack and weights off the tractor in one easy operation.

I waited quite some time for delivery. I received nothing indicating my order was being processed or that it was being shipped. I had to call twice checking on the order as my credit card had been billed and I didn’t have what I ordered. Now, after using it one time, I need a replacement part. This was another frustrating experience in that this took multiple attempts before I got a return call. The way this has been left is the part is not available, no one will call me or send me an email telling me the status of Titan getting the part, can’t tell me how much I will have to pay for the part, and it’s on me to call back in 3-4 weeks to inquire on the status. Titan needs to review their processes as I find this company difficult to deal with. Communications is lacking.

The hitch arrived in good condition and on time. I could not access the manual online. I installed on my John Deere 3035 but the bush hog keeps coming loose on the top hitch.

I needed a 24 inch extension so I bought this part. Pin to pin is only 20 inches so it is a 20 inch extension. The whole part measures 24 inches so this part is leaving me short of what I need.

Ordered replacement belts for my new Titan finish mower incorrect belts were sent. Needed the belts to Titan sent a refund instead of replacement belts that causes downtime.

I received the grapple and it appears to be a very rugged and well built piece of equiptment. I have not been able to use it yet because I cannot connect the hydrolic lines to my Bobcat skid steer. The upper female connector is contacted by the upper jaw of the grapple and damaged the coupler that came on the grapple. I have tried unsucessfully to get some help with this matter. I was contacted once by Titan but refused the call before I realized that it was a call from Titan. I was promised another call which I still have not received. Until I can use this grapple I cannot comment on it's performance. I hope I can get a call as I have been waiting about two weeks to use this. Len 517 290 2728

Finally received shipment. First contents lost in transit. UPS threw empty box away. Customer service said would replace one time. Told me I should buy insurance for your lack of packageing. Second shipment arrived with damaged box and bag of bolts open. Was missing a bolt and 4 nuts. Customer service sent diagram of bolt , so I could purchase locally. Product was fine, but your shipping department needs a lot of training.

Ordered off the website for a 2 series John Deere loader, triple checked to make sure I ordered the right one but I received a euro/global 5 series and up attachment. Titan accepted the return after a short phone call and a one email. Would order again if they had the attachment in stock.

Used the first time and bent my bucket cylinder, cost me $550.00 I believe it should come with operation instructions. It is built well, and will be useful but you have to limit what you can do.

The first shipped quick hitch arrived and was defective. It took multiple calls and well over a week for the replacement to arrive. Replacement does work well, and I am pleased with it. But the service in between and the multiple contacts to get the replacement was way too cumbersome.
