I was dissapointed to receive the forks that had an excessive amount of rust on them, and stickes that were not easy to get off. I am sure they will function just fine, but asthetically not so much. I usually post pics online of things like this, but thought people would assune they were used and give your company a bad name.

Order and delivery were quite smooth. I have a part missing and am being asked to source it myself and ask you to approve the price paid so I can be reimbursed. Richard has been very helpful, but seems like an odd process.

I ordered a frame with a set of forks. The forks were delivered and the frame was backordered which I knew before I ordered. When the frame backorder date was pushed out another 3 weeks I requested to change my order to a different frame. Here's my issue, I had to return the forks because the software would not allow them to split the order so I had to sent the forks back only to have another set sent out to me. To the companys credit they did pay for the return shipping. But then the order was split for 2 different refunds. It all worked out in the end just seems like a lot more hassle for everyone involed.

I have STILL NOT RECIEVED my Pro Series Fork Lift FRAME yet only the Two Forks were Delivered and NO EMAILS from your Company about this I have some other Items in me Cart but I am NOT buying anything untill find out about this.

A bit frustrating. And I'm a Titan Attachments fan, this was my second purchase in two weeks - the bucket was a 5/5. Unfortunately, the 5 foot tree boom is servicable, but a bit of a disappointment. The item pictured on the website has reinforcement plates on each side of the boom at the crux of the boom - the one I received is simply welded. The boom pictured on the website fits perfectly and squarely into the quick-tach plate (note: the 5 foot tree boom is a two-component piece). My boom does not fit squarely and had to be pounded into place with a 5-pound dead blow hammer. I had hoped to fabricate other items to insert in the boom receiver, but the fit is so poor, it is probably a one-shot deal. Again, the one in the website picture fits nice and square. The quick-tach plate packaging was basically destroyed by UPS and the item has the associated dings and scratches. This was probably a quiet protest by UPS because each of the two items was listed as 60 pounds each, and yet the Titan website describes the weight as 168 pounds - basically 48 pounds of steel (i.e. 168 - 120 = 48) got "lost" somewhere along the way and I received the brunt of any fallout via a damaged product. PS: I already wrote a review online, but it NEVER showed up - my guess is that you're screening your reviews.

I ordered a Hay spear attachment and it came bent, Not sure if it’s from FedEx or Titan but it looks like it can be fixed it’s just unfortunate.

Box was tore up bad. Nuts and washers lost. Bubble wrap around sixty pounds of metal. Titan stickers mounted up side down on product. Bolts wrong size for me .I was surprised at the wheels, solid hard plastic. Product works as it should.

I purchased a scratch and dent frame for pallet forks for my John Deere 1025R. It arrived with a few scratches from shipping which I am guessing would have happed even it if wasn’t a scratch and dent item. The issue is the pin placement for the 1025R is to high by approximately and 1/8”. I will have to make modifications to the pins to make it fit my loader mount.

Pallet forks arrived earlier than expected which was great. But when they wouldn't fit because they were made improperly so that it wouldn't attach to the skid steer attachment, not great. A buyer should never have to pound metal on a new product to get it to fit. Bad titan bad. No no no.....

Wrong product was sent out at first. Delivery of correct item was not prepared for the drop off situation. Had to do a work around, taking my forklift out to the road to meet the truck and unload. (Driver was friendly). First (wrong item) was delivered perfectly, but had to be returned. Communication to resolve issues was good, but a little confusing with the different carriers...(Saia delivering and Fed Ex picking up). The land plane/leveler is well built and does the expected job. I love the speedy delivery (when it's the product I ordered).

Lost the plate to my bale spear. You then tried to blame me for not buying shipping insurance. Free shipping don’t even remember it being offered. However with all that I finally received my back plate. Works like it should so far. The test will be the summer when we are putting up big square bales

Salesman was reluctant to give me information. Very vague on delivery. Attachment showed up hydraulic hoses were not attached or very loose Grease Certs were loose and one would not work.

Would have been much better if the rude lady I dealt with back in December would have just given me this deal then !!! She was rude and almost wasn’t going to order but I ended up getting exactly what I told her would have been the fair thing for me then !! Check my order and you will see she could have just kept me happy because I ended up with the VERY thing I told her but she only wanted the easy way out so she refunded my money !! Probably no one will ever read this or look into any of this but I was right !! lol

Outstanding customer service. The USA made stump bucket would not fit my Kioti loader and needed to be returned. The Titan team were very responsive and helpful to make that happen. My rating is low because of the misfit and the poor service provided by the shippers: SAIA (to me) and FEDEX (in the return). Both companies could not provide a truck that could reach my house. I had to load and meet them.
