“It took a month for me to make my purchase, everytime I would got too Website, it was a different price??? Come on, set a cost, put it on sale sure, but be consistent.”

“the forks are difficult to slide on frame, tolerance is so tight i have to use a hammer to move them”

“While the 3 point weight bracket/hitch fits on the tractor just fine, the condition it showed up in was a little less than to be desired. The box was larger than the hitch but had next to nothing inside to protect it and thus tore thru the box leaving 3 spots paintless by the time I recieved it”

“Fast shipping, poor quality product. Main frame of the bale spear was bent. Assuming it happened during the manufacturing process as it is very heavy and don't think it could have happened during shipping.”

“Unit is well built but is top heavy. Using it for a portable dust collector to sit on in woodworking shop. Has already tipped over once just moving it around shop. Dust unit does not weight 25 lbs.”

“Shipping took nearly 3 weeks past the initial promise. Grapple crate arrived upside down on a random pallet with grapple slopping around so some paint off already. 4 grease zerks missing others not tight. Nothing greased. Bolt missing on cylinder guard. Came with AG hyd. Connectors while advertised as flat face equipped. Product seems solid after $200 parts and labor!”

“Have not used the 3 pt gooseneck hitch with bale spear. Came poorly wrapped with tape and cardboard with an instant feeling that parts would be missing. The top link pin was / is missing. Contact w/company says the stopped including top link pin when picture and details state that it is included. Don’t know if it was ever included. Company now says buy your own and we will reimburse with ticket. Oh well. Tom Tucker”

“I ordered a frame and pallet forks from Titan. I called Titan to make sure it was a fit for my loader. The lady did some checking and told me it would fit. I received it,but it wasn't even close. So, I returned it and now am waiting on my full refund .Thanks”

“The product looks fine (haven't had a chance to use it yet). Do feel like I kinda got screwed over though ...... It hadn;t even been delivered yet and you posted that the sale price was about a hundred dollars cheaper than what you had just charged ne for mine. NOT a good policy to keep customers coming back ......... IMO”

“I ONLY GOT PART OF MY ORDER.I ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL I GOT WAS A CAN RESPONSE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD AN ORDER DELAYED FOR THE SAME REASON I CAN'T READ THE LABEL. WELL, WHY CAN'T YOU USE SEVERAL LABELS?”

“Have not got to use the attachment yet. Paid extra for secured delivery. Turned out to be a waste of money delivered to the road while I was at work and refused to bring it into the yard. My wife does not like to use my tractor so stayed there until I got home”

“Order got lost by trucking company. Titan customer service not very helpful, call center is in India and all they can do is 'write a ticket'. Very frustrating dealing with them. Almost no follow-up, they just said wait longer. Fortunately trucking company was very helpful and genuinely cared about the customer. Finally they found it and delivered it. Have not been able to use land plane yet because ground is frozen now and covered with 16" of snow. Will have to wait until spring to use it. Visually it looks fairly well made.”
