My experience with titan was ok. The bucket specifically said to fit a toro dingo ,in fact did not fit, I brought this issue to them and the issue was taken care of , by getting a quote from a welding shop to fix the issue, and having them refund the almond quoted ,rather than have it returned and replaced which would have take. At least another week or two, overall I’m happy with Cody in the warranty department for handling the issue so professionally and accepting that the bucket was to wrong spec.

Shipping package was great. Product has been good so far, the main knock is on tracking my order. I was unable to check on the status without having to email.

I was disappointed because I bought the scratch & dent blades & belts for my finish mower. The nuts & washers were not included & only one set of belts, which generally has two. I figured that may be why it was in a scratch & dent sale.

The ordering was great but the delivery sucked. One truck driver rolled the cage off the back and left.

I would give a 2 star for the ordering process or should I say customer service. I looked on the site and was thinking of ordering but undecided. I then recieved several Emails offering me 10% off of the order i had put in my basket (mini forks). I decided to order so I went to the link and tried to order with the 10% off, it would not do it. I got another link so I tried it, still no luck. I call the order deppartment as was rather rudly told thet the discount didn't apply to my order they were already discounted. I was very nice and told him the email explecitedly said it was for my order, i.e. the mini forks. He wouldnt budge, I offered to read him the email, he was rude and said it doesnt apply. I decided to go ahead and order. While I was ordering it offered me to get 10% other items including different mini fork! As soon as I ordered I got another email again saying I could get 10% off. So not very happy with that. A good not they shiiped out rite away and I paid for the expidided shipping and recieved the order in less than a week! The bad news there was they woould not fit my Rural King 24 tractor with bobcat connection. I had to grind out 3/8" out of both side to get the locking pin to drop. Luckly I could do this or this would have been a major hassle. Overall I am pleased with the product.

Like the pallet fork but shipping kinda sucked. Three different shipments from three locations. They are have but none of them were boxed, wrapped or had any kind of protection. The fork frame which weights well over 100lbs was delivered in a van by a young lady and was just laying amongst other heavy items. She couldn't lift it, I had to. If I hadn't been home... the orange frame had lots of nicked and scratched places. I didn't send it back because I needed it immediately and I'll end up scratching it I'm sure, but buying a new product, it should be boxed or at least wrapped so that it's new when it arrives. In fact it should be shipped on a pallet at that weight.

The category 2 side of the lower pins on my hitch are too big and do not comply with the standard for category 2 pin sizes....they are almost the size of category 3 and therefore will not fit in my 3 point holes on one of my tractors. I bought this hitch specifically so it would work on both category 1 and 2. I would expect compliance with the standards for category 1 and 2. Sent pictures to your support team. But beyond that, the hitch is very well made and works well.

Pallet forks: Wonderful product that is super strong but it was delivered with cracked powder coat and the welds were very rusty. I almost thought it was used but closer inspection satisfied me that it was new with sloppy quality control. The correspondence regarding the shipping was under whelming as two different shippers were involved. The forks came separately from the mount. I had to call to ensure there were in fact two shipments. Why not just band it to one pallet and be done with it?

Very great product and craftsmanship. The only problem is on a sub compact tractor the gooseneck ball needs to be about 6 inches taller. And that was the whole reason I bought it for. If that was taller I'd give it a 5 stars

The manual is well below average when it comes to directions & details on diagrams. The crate the mower is shipped in is difficult to deal with since it is 8' long put lengthwise into a trailer. Flat bottomed crate adds more issues, since it needs to be lifted to get anything underneath. Should consider including some strap system installed so unit can be lifted out using centered weight. I had to rig up a system using my tractor forks and chains to lift this off truck without tipping it over.

Purchased Titan Quick Hitch and Titan 60” Landscape Rake. To my dismay the top hook did not work with the Rake. I had to drill 2 additional holes. Second issue is the Rake doesn’t come assembled. Third issue the Rake doesn’t come with a parking stand. If I known all this I would have went with multiple other brands where these issues aren’t a problem. I will say the Hitch and Landscape Rake appear to be high quality and well built.

Titan attachment costs are very reasonable. Additionally, the 82" rock grapple I bought has worked well. The only gripe about it is the hoses, which, as others have pointed out, are positioned in such a way that makes movement precarious without strapping them up to avoid getting crushed. But that is not a huge deal. I’d give it 4.5 stars. Now, for their fork attachments… Do NOT buy fork attachments from Titan unless you are ONLY using them in a warehouse with nicely palletized loads. They are garbage quality compared to any other forks I’ve ever used. Mine broke literally after about 15 minutes of use - lifting ~1-ton limestone blocks and moving them on farmland. I had been using a longer set of forks (another brand) to move ~2 dozen of the blocks with zero problems, as well as a LOT of other farm work. I bought these shorter ones (to help keep the load closer to the bobcat), but they broke off in ~15 minutes. I switched back to the longer forks to finish the job. For farm use, these are junk. Buy another brand. For moving pallets in a warehouse, I’m sure they’re fine (but in that case, you’d probably use an actual forklift). And, yes, I contacted customer support, provided pictures and details, etc. They stated that they were “designed for use with items on a pallet, as opposed to lifting objects off the ground, as this method would subject the frame to excessive downward force when trying to maneuver the forks under the object.” I feel as though these guys are the Harbor Freight of skid steer attachments. Depending on what you get and depending on your usage, their products may be the best value anywhere, or they may be garbage. I will likely buy from Titan again in the future, but, like with Harbor Freight, I’ll be very selective with what I buy from them.

No issue with the product. Shipping company took 2 weeks to get product delivered. Would have been here in less than ten days. Shipment was sent back to Mississippi from Oregon then back to the west coast. No explanation why was given.

Poor craftsmenship wheels run very untrue bolts are too small for wheel bearings. Spacers are too big for shafts.

Hitch pin hole was not drilled all the way through. Pin would go in only one side. Had to purchase a 5/8 drill bit to finished the other hole.
